    In December 2025 I went to the Stretch Zone in REMOVED, REMOVEDand signed up for a month. When discussion the terms and conditions I made it explicite that I did not want auto renew and I just wanted to try it for a month. I attempted to use this service I paid for and their app doesn't even allow you to sign up. I attempted to contact the listed support email and the email was returned by the mailer daemon because it does not exist... there's no actual customer support.I check my account this month, February 2025, and I ams till being charged. I contacted them by ophoine immediately upon discovering the continued charges and they refuse to issue a refund irregardless of their non-functioning services.

    Sunday , Feb 9th REMOVEDcame into the studio and was extremely hostile when entering the establishment and demanded that the staff stop what they were doing to help him.  We let REMOVEDknow calmly that the employee on duty couldn't take care of the account situation and that he was going to let the Manager know. On Feb 10th, the employee brought this to the REMOVED  REMOVEDand REMOVEDthe Regional.  REMOVED, the REMOVEDthen called REMOVEDto explain to him that he did in fact agree to the membership and that we can cancel effective immediately so he won't have future charges. REMOVEDthen used very profane language to REMOVEDand threatened to harm REMOVEDby going into the studio and physically harming him. Staff safety is our utmost concern. The account was cancelled effective immediately and REMOVEDis no longer welcome with our business and the Police will be called immediately if he were to show up. However, we are willing to do a refund for 1 month of services to settle this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because theft is illegal. I want an entire refund. If you think that poeple should be calm while you're robing them, perhaps I should copme back and get my money in person.

    Do you think Im the only one? HREMOVEDno. They think that just because this is an affluent area that theyre gonna be able to get away with this well this is like 300 something dollars per and I am not affluent so of course Im gonna notice heres a REMOVEDreview from somebody else who had the same issue How many people arent willing to post a personal medical information on the Internet? The same thing happened to a lady about a month and a half two months ago and she was kind enough to share that with the world. I have shared mine as well on REMOVED. I hope you all enjoy being thieves and I want you to remember that even if you calmly steal from me that doesnt make it right being calm means nothing.
