1 starI don't even want to give 1 star. After struggling through their difficult online process, they came back with a ridiculous offer of $60.00. I'm talking about an antique table that had all the legs broken off and were missing. I disputed the offer and they offered $110.00. I asked for $1,500.00. This table is valued at $5,000.00. I didn't even claim a vanity table that was broken. This company should be shut down immediately! I'm so disgusted.Moving Claim Services

1 starVery unethical company. The owner is rude and dishonest. ***************************** is a scammer. If I owned a moving company, I would never do business with her. She will be the cause of your moving company getting bad reviews from your customers. I have been disputing a ******************** for six months without a resolution. The moving company I had dealt with finally fired her and began resolving any disputes internally. Once they did that, I was able to resolve my complaint within a day. 1 starMOVING CLAIMS IS A CLASS A SCAM. Their claims procedure is impossible to complete. After spending an hour filing my claim, it wouldnt let me add multiple photos or documents. I contacted the company stating my issues and they explained how to make a PDF file. I had to spend another hour completing the same form again but this time I added my PDF file only to be told that my file was too big to proceed and it brought me back to the home page to start all over. Ive wasted so much time with the moving company and the Moving Claim company trying to resolve this. 1 starAn absolute SCAM!! My damages are excessive. . True American *** lines misrepresented that they did not use brokers and for that reason, I did not purchase full coverage. Which turns out to be a money saver, because MOVING CLAIMS, THE BROKERS INSURANCE ADJUSTER, evaluated my damages as $75.00!!!! Using their unworkable web site to try to file a claim was a nightmare. First, they required I provide written estimates of the damage although I had provided clear photos depicting every item and damage.. this was not economically feasible because furniture repair facilities do not make house calls and hiring someone to pick up the items and return them exceeded the $.60 per pound. The contract with the broker specified I would have to pay their legal fees should suit be filed. Bottom line I get nothing for the damage . The fact they are not BBB registered clarified that they are not honorable. They are not registered with the ********************** although they are acting as Insurance Adjusters. 1 starI can even begin to tell you how they have treated me,.I was called and told THEY were denying my claim because I could not understand simple english instructions (concerning how to scan documentation and pictures of damaged antigue furniture and missing boxes,m not to mention I was sexually assaulted by the driver from the company United Prime Transport who is using this sight and not able to deal with insurance company direct.I was then told I could mail my documentation.. I sent a very large manila envelope with pictures, invoices, claim documentation, receipts. I sent it through **** and paid for service for tracking.Post office sent me a email that package was received and delivered to the POB.Well guess what? Moving claim said they never received my package of documentation.I think it is pretty obvious they have been hired by insurance company to make it too **** difficult on the customer so they give up. I am an old woman on SSDI and do not want to waste any more of my time. 1 starPaid insurance premiums 60 cent per pound of moving, they made major damages including piano. I file claims 4 months ago. There was a no response on email or phone messages. It is a scam or fraud to collect money without any intention of processing claims. Coast2coast and ocean moving and storage are all front companies collect insurance without any intention of service.
