      Your statement that you have been ignored is completely inaccurate. Our records show that we have exchanged over 40 email correspondences with you throughout the claims process, and have responded promptly and thoroughly at each stage.
      At this point, please be advised that our companys involvement in this matter has concluded. A final settlement offer was issued after full review, and all procedures were followed in accordance with the information submitted by both parties.
      If you remain dissatisfied with the resolution provided by your moving company, you will need to address the matter directly with your service provider, A&V **********************************, as we have exhausted our role as a third-party claims administrator.

      This company is a third party arbitration company that is completely useless. They take the amount listed in the original contract and give you the minimal amount possible. They don't take into account any further information such as additional services purchased for delicate item protection. The customer service is horrendous with a cranky woman who does not answer questions. If at all possible, avoid working with this group

To suggest that we are not responding to your issues is not only inaccurate but deeply unfair, especially considering the time, effort, and clarity weve dedicated to our communications.


      It is disappointing to see you resorting to platforms like the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in an attempt to damage the reputation of a company that has done nothing but attempt to assist you, provide repeated explanationsover 30 timesand walk you through the process step-by-step. Rather than taking responsibility for your own misunderstandings or mistakes in following the instructions provided, you have chosen to escalate the situation publicly in a way that is neither constructive nor truthful.

      I would very much not recommend ************************************************. They will say they are a go between and that they follow the laws and such. They may in fact do that. What they are not is transparent. They will not give you any visibility into what is or is not covered. They will make the process to input documentation ridiculously difficult and have difficult standards that need to be met. All this in a way to discourage you and cover as little goods as possible. The company is will only responds to requests for more transparency with pre-written responses about laws and procedures and continue to deflect so they do not have to reward any more coverage. Between this company and the moving company, they have created a method to deflect and minimize the damage they due to people's goods. In my case I actually witnessed much of my stuff fall over in the truck as they unloaded because a wall of boxes collapsed when the supporting items were removed. But this was not documented by the movers as they said it would be and then conveniently, I did not have the right documentation, or so it seems. I cannot get any explanation from ************************************************.

      Rated 1 out of 5 stars This is such a scam . A ploy.This is such a scam. They pretend that they are going to actually work on processing a claim on behalf of the moving company . After you submit claim they just fade away . They send you a confirmation that they received your claim submission and then they disappear . No follow up contact after the initial claim submission. You have to chase them to try to get an update on the status of your claim. I bet they do not pay any claims. Its just a ploy. The moving company was very unscrupulous and damaged my furniture, and assured me that the insurance that I purchased would cover the one chair that I needed replaced.       This Company is pushy salesmen and ********. They push to charge you for insurance and then when you file a claim they wait 3 months and give you nothing. Classic small ****** insurance company, no explanation of the coverage upfront, for example, apparently I paid something around $100 for valuation coverage they emphasized that I dont even have insurance, when they originally marketed it as such! And, the box valuable box my movers lost wasnt covered because I packed it! So nothing I moved was covered! Because I packed it all! Not telling me that at sign up is maybe direct *****! Dont waste your money.

      Scammers protected by scammers. Their online process is a joke. Automated emails every step. Can't contact them. You give them a form, they want more that don't even apply. They have my form showing the missing boxes, but they need some irrelevant form to process (Oh yea, the form the moving company never sent me) ******* Shipping in **, Jacksons Movers in **, and now this company. It's a joke, move your own items in a pod, IT WILL BE CHEAPER and less stress.

      They make almost impossible to even file a claim on their website and upladd documents and pictures, and will not let you address issues on their list of possible complaints and they only have a spot for one. Most photos have are larger than what they will aloow yiu to upload and that how the movers sent me the documents. Ridulous. Nobody answers the phone and they do not respond by except to let yiu know that you were on their website and ************ is bogus.

      I don't even want to give 1 star. After struggling through their difficult online process, they came back with a ridiculous offer of $60.00. I'm talking about an antique table that had all the legs broken off and were missing. I disputed the offer and they offered $110.00. I asked for $1,500.00. This table is valued at $5,000.00. I didn't even claim a vanity table that was broken. This company should be shut down immediately! I'm so disgusted.
