  The two young men were very sensitive to my reasons for moving furniture, the death of my son. ***** were quick and efficient. I had never used a storage facility and told them I didn't really know what to do. They indicated they would figure it out. I felt assured and comfortable.

  I was moving from ******* to ******** and the moment They arrived, I knew I was in good hands. They instantly made me feel at ease with their skill, organization and expertise. Their energy and positivity were contagious! They were patient, kind, witty, fun, and had smiles on their faces the whole time! I could not have asked for a better team and will be asking for them the next time!

  I was told the entire amount can be paid using a credit card. I made the initial deposit with a card, the payment at pick up with a card and now Im being told they want cash on delivery or they will not open the truck. If I knew this I wouldve went with a mover charging less. I called ***** ********, my contact and he did not answer my calls, voicemails, emails or texts. I called the 800 number where a woman answered who proceeded to tell me I misunderstood. I tried to tell her I had it in writing and she just yelled how hard is it to just go to an atm. So now I have to ask people for cash because I was planning on using a credit card. Hopefully none of my things are broken but I can tell they just dont care.

  Very knowledgeable, polite and very *****. On time and very professional. They started to pack immediately, without wasting any time. I was pleasantly surprised to see their teamwork and the speed they worked at. They did not scratch any walls, floors or my furniture.

  DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR YOUR MOVE!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES!! They will scam you EVERY step of the way!!! ****** was the biggest ***** ever and ****** was the RUDEST **************** Manager we have ever encountered!!! Even though we did a full inventory of ALL of our belongings when we booked in July and also a week before our move date of 9/19, they tried to tell us that our stuff would no longer fit in the 26ft truck and tried to charge us more. BR WARNED, do NOT HIRE THIS BROKER! And Arena Van Lines, who they assigned to us for the actual was even WORSE, and even bigger scammers!! And they will estimate your belongings as cubic feet, assign you a 26ft truck that we thought we could fill completely, but then the movers only filled the truck 75% full and said that was 1600 cubic feet and that was all we were paying for. So they left a bunch of stuff out that was in our original inventory and we had to move ourselves with a UHaul trailer. BE WARNED!

  If I could give more than five stars I would. They were extremely helpful and handled all of my belongings with care. I appreciate all of the hard work they did today. I would highly recommend them!

  Fantastic job with our move. They were considerate of our belongings and because of their professionalism, nothing was broken or damaged. The crew was great to work with throughout.

  I will NEVER use this company again. It was a scam from the start. I was told that I was getting a deal because another family canceled their move. I was also told that other companies outsource their services to your moving companies and that Bronze Star wasnt like that. WRONG! They did the same thing. I was also given a quote that was GROSSLY under what I actually needed to move my things. It went from 5k to move my things from ** to **** to 10k by the time everything was said and done. On pick up ; the space I was quoted for wasnt even close to what I needed. I had to scramble in the moment to come up with 3.4k day of or my stuff wouldnt get on the truck. They couldnt even take all of my things because I didnt have enough money to rent out the entire 24ft truck which was what I actually needed. I was told this was my fault because I didnt do a quality check the night before. Even without the quality check WHAT I WAS QUOTED FOR DIDNT EVEN FIT ON THE ***** OF THE ****** Past the initial deposit, they want cash for everything. Cash for the original pickup and cash for the drop off. I couldnt even use a cashiers check to pay for my drop off. I wish I had gotten another company to handle my move. This entire process has been traumatic and this terrible company didnt make it any easier. LOOK ELSEWHERE
