  Hired Bronze Star Moving and Storage for a big family move, and they were fantastic. The movers were patient with my kids running around and took extra care with sentimental items (like my grandmothers china). They worked long hours to finish in one day and even helped arrange furniture in the new house. Truly a caring, professional team worth every cent!

  Our experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage was remarkable. It was our first experience with them and we werent too sure about it since wed hired their movers for a commercial move. Fortunately, they were well-trained at handling relocations of any kind and did a fantastic job at packing and delivering everything. They quoted us a fair rate too. Recommend them!

  These movers were amazing! They arrived on time, worked quickly but carefully, and made sure everything was packed securely. They even helped arrange my furniture at the new place, which was a nice bonus. No hidden fees, just great service. Would definitely use them again!

  Great service overall! The movers were friendly, professional, and worked quickly to load and unload my things. They took good care of my furniture, but there was a small scratch on one of my dressers. It wasnt a big deal, but it was still noticeable. The only other minor issue was that the final cost was slightly higher than the initial estimate. Still, Id use them again for their reliability and quality service.

  Relocating across states was daunting, but Bronze Star Moving and Storage made it so much easier. Their team was professional, organized, and incredibly thorough. They provided all the packing materials and even offered tips on how to prepare for the move. During transit, they kept me informed about the progress, which gave me peace of mind. When they arrived at my new home, they unloaded everything quickly and placed items exactly where I wanted them. I was amazed at how smooth the entire process was. Bronze Star Moving and Storage is worth every ***** for a stress-free long-distance move.

  The movers were polite and handled my belongings with care, but the process took longer than expected. Moving from New York to Illinois was a big job, and while they did a good job overall, there were a few communication gaps during the move. Still, everything arrived safely, and the price was reasonable.

  I recently used Bronze Star Moving & Storage for a cross-town move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial quote to the final box being unloaded, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. The movers arrived right on time, wrapped all my furniture in protective materials, and handled everything with care. They were also very communicative throughout the process, which made me feel at ease. What stood out most was their attention to detail, nothing was damaged, and they even helped reassemble some furniture at the new place. For anyone looking for a stress-free move, I highly recommend them. That said, the only minor downside was the pricing, which felt a bit higher than some other quotes I received. However, considering the level of service and peace of mind they provided, I believe it was worth every penny. The team worked quickly but never rushed, and they were friendly and accommodating when I asked for specific instructions. Overall, Bronze Star Moving & Storage exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future moves.   I recently used Bronze Star Moving and Storage for my relocation from ***** to ***************, and they were fantastic! The team arrived right on time, and they were so efficient and careful with my stuff. They handled my antique furniture like it was their own, and nothing was scratched or damaged. The pricing was fair, and they stuck to the quote they gave me. I also appreciated how friendly and professional the movers were. They even helped me reassemble my bed at the new place.   Under no circumstances hire this company. Every person, after I paid my deposit, was terrible. I never spoke to the same person more than twice. They outsource to shady movers who hold your belongings hostage to extort more money from you. Less than 24 hrs before my move window, I was informed the company was Arena Van Lines. Having had my suspicions about the legitimacy of Bronze due to their unprofessionalism, cash requirements, conflicting information, bait & switch tactics, fake scarcity tactics, lies about sudden increases in tariffs, & attempts to strong arm me into doubling my move cost - of course I looked up Arena. Suffice to say I was NOT comfortable with trusting them to timely/securely deliver, without trying to extort thousands from me. When I went to Broze about this, they only offered to reschedule in 7 days at which point they would again only give 24-48 hrs notice of who the company would be, which would leave me in the same position again. When I was calmly trying to navigate a solution, I was hung up on. When I asked for a supervisor, I was hung up on again. When I called back I was met with disdain, was told I would hear from a supervisor on Monday (the day after my move was scheduled) & hung up on again. Finally, I lost my cool when I called back & cursed at the "customer service" rep, which is now of course their claim that I was inappropriate. They refuse any accountability for any instance leading up to this. "*****" is allegedly the "CEO." She does not address concerns & her email responses are very obviously pre-written/boiler plate. They deny any inappropriate/wrongdoing. At one point, "*****" referred me to her "supervisor," (CEOs don't have supervisors) *******. I then got a text from Jesse, not *******, saying to call him. I called immediately & there was no answer. It's all so calculated & there is no getting anywhere with them. After everything, they had my $1,550 deposit & I had to scramble for a last minute interstate move.

  This company is FRAUDULENT. I was told that i would need and be getting a 20 ft truck with 608cf for all the items I listed in the move. They present themselves as a moving and storage company when in reality they are a ************** (the middle man). They give you a quote and lock you in to a great price and before your move when they call to confirm and go over the items you will be taking they inform you that you will need extra space for what you will be moving, even though you actually removed things from the original estimate list. They will tell you that you dont have to pay for more space however if not everything fits, youre on your own to either pay the moving company extra or leave items behind. I was called by a man called *****, and he was very rude, I asked to speak to a supervisor, which he informed me he was it. I then asked to speak with someone above him and he said the only person above him was the company owner and he didnt speak to customers. I asked to cancel my move and refund my deposit off $1,100 and he said its non-refundable. I then researched and found too many complaints all saying the same thing. They bait and switch after theyve cashed in your deposit, leaving clients to have to figure out how to move their items while having to dish out double the money they were binding estimated for. I will be seeking legal aide.
