    My stuff was supposed to be picked up on the 16th I got a call on the 15th confirming my pickup for the 16th. I was told I would get a call between 10 am-1 Pm with the movers ETA. It comes around 12:15 and I havent heard anything so I try calling and I couldnt get ahold of anyone until well after 1:30PM getting told that my pick up date is the 17th. Why on gods green earth am I being charged $2,300 for a move and my pick up and deliver date cant even be correct. I have to go start work and i even had to pay an extra $300 for my new lease to get it moved up because I was told the delivery date would be either the 18th or the 19th just for them to have everything all wrong not my stuff probably wont be delivered until the 20th when I have to go start work. Absolutely frustrating

    I have attached this cus customer's estimate which shows that she signed for a two day window which is standard in the long distance moving industry. She signs for June 16 and June 17. ******** was originally told the movers but arrive on the 16th but they had an issue at the last pick up they had so then they informed her that they would be there on the 17th, which is still within her two day window (which is the whole purpose of the window for reasons like traffic, weather conditions, etc.)  This customer is waiting longer than they would have because they did not make one payment at pickup and the movers worked with her. They need payment before they start the delivery process.

    I am rejecting this response because: we have sent payment multiple times. Company wasnt answering ** as I have a police report filed with the City of ************************ regarding the issue. As well as had to move out of my house before I got to move in because after payment and contact was made there was two weeks of waiting no response from the company. Finally on July 12th, 2023 after contacting the companys manager had to get my belongings delivered to a family members house 3x less the distance it was originally supposed to go. Yet was still charged as if it was going the full 800 miles when it went 192 miles worth of move. As well as we have tried to make contact and got laughed at or yelled at when asking questions then the company had proceeded to hang up the phone every time.

    Lets be very clear. Changing a delivery location in the middle of a long distance move is a logistical nightmare therefore, there would never be a credit. There should of been a charge.

    I did a move March 8th I have reached out numerous times to the company since then both via email and by calling. When I called I had to leave a message and no one has ever called me back. Funny how before the transaction is complete they always answer or call right back but if theres an issue theres no response We had issues with the quote being way off, even though inventory was pretty accurate except for adding about 9 things. But the bigger issue was that we were charged extra fees that were never discussed (even though I described the locations more than once) and we had items damaged in transit The whole experience was horrible and their lack of response is even more upsetting. Here is part of the email I sent describing some of the issues. After I sent it I also discovered that one of our chairs got chipped as well Some of the photos wont upload We were charged $800 for bulky items. The items where disclosed in the inventory, this should have been included in the price We were charged $300 both times for a long carry. And $300 for steps. The amount of steps was disclosed when talking with your company I had a few items damaged: The crib l, trash can ($150 trash can) and microwave cart had cheap tape wrapped around them and when removed it left brown strips and can not get it off The dresser has paint chipped off it (it was brand new before the move)The hallway got dinged up at both places (not sure if they are going to keep my security deposit now)The cost was 12k when we were told around 7k after the adjustments. Like I said I had a few more items but not enough to be that much of a difference. As is we had to leave behind our fridge (which we paid the bulky item fee for as well) a tv, 3 cube organizers and a bunch of other stuff because there wasnt room in the truck

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1-the pokey items for disclosed in the list price shouldve been included in the estimate

    2- the steps were also discussed, but also it shouldve been stated when having multiple phone conversations with people that there is an extra see

    3-items were damaged and need to be replaced or compensated for

    4-I did add some more items but not enough to have made such a difference in the estimate, but it is clear that the estimate is intentionally set at a much lower cubic footage. What do you wanna do once they are there to get your stuff, I have not take it when youve already planned the move

    5-I made multiple multiple attempts to try to speak to somebody about issues and were just totally ignored which is appalling behavior

    1- I was never given the Information for the movers and they took all the paper. 
    2- I reached out right away multiple times right after the move regarding this only to have 0 response. At this point the movers are likely not going to assist since its been so long. If i had a response from Allied I would have been able to reach out right away 

    3- The pricing issue is still in play. I disclosed the bulky items and the steps, that should have been factored in the estimate that was given

    $2340.50 This was the deposit and an extra cost for a loveseat. The services that were supposed to be provided was the movers to come in on April 27th or 28th with a one day notification for the actual moving day. We received a confirmation text for the 27th which we waited all day for the movers to arrive with everything already packed and ready to go. After waiting all day I received a call from Fast Transport saying the move day was actually supposed to be the 28th. I got a hold of ***** who was handling the date and received text confirmation from the owner of Fast Transport confirming the 27th not the 28th. We were upset but gave a second chance desperate for the help. The next day we received another call from the same people saying they couldn't arrive until almost 10 p.m. or the 29th. Since this was outside of the date, ***** and ***** worked quickly to find another company who couldn't show up till 8p.m. This was to ensure they could still be within the contract date to not give a refund. However, upon speaking with *****, he told me to email their support team which I did directly after giving the impression we would receive a refund because they agreed it was not right to have this happen two days in a row. No refund was coming through and I was not being responded to. This seemed unprofessional so I called ***** to see what the hold up was. After explaining my concerns, I heard my phone hang up. He then called my mothers phone saying they were speaking when he was talking to me, and when she gave the phone back he was angry saying the reviews my husband left needed to come down, that they were in the middle of deciding on the refund request and if he didn't delete them there wouldn't be a refund. My husband took the negative reviews down and he was then emailed the determination that there would not be a refund. So after everything we've been through and the explanations given being unprofessional and shallow there needs to be at least a full refund.

    Dispute details:- Nature of the dispute: Allied Transportation group provided an estimation of the service (in the attachment) that is based on the volume of the belongings. In this case we just moved boxes where the volume can be easily calculated. The volume we ended up moving was less than estimated (box count in the attachment) but the amount we had to pay exceeded the estimation by $2121.5.- The moving happened on 1/6/2022 even though the service was booked for 30/5/2022 (We had to pay additional money to the building to leave our belongings ** the apartment in ******* for 1 more day)From ******* ** to *********** - We paid ******* (Contract attached)- I contacted the business several times and sent an email to get a refund but they did not want to resolve the problem - Job# *******

    Allied Transportation Group provides an estimate. Once the Bill of Lading is signed with the movers, the contract is between the customer and the movers. Therefore, any over payment would come from the movers, not Allied Transportation Group since we only take a deposit.

    I contacted Allied Transportation multiple times for this issue as the movers threated me to leave a do not pick up my belongings.

    Allied Transportation was aware of this and offered me 675$ in exchange for me signing a waiver stating that I was not writing and bad review or complaints against the company.

    I did not accepted because I deserve to get a refund for more that 675$.

    Contracted with this company to move my deceased parents antiques to my home from ************. I was never told that another company would be picking up and taking the items to my home. They were called Movers and Packers... A HORRIBLE group. I was quoted an amount that more than tripled by the time I received "some of my parents" furniture and very cherished items. A roll top desk is smashed into pieces, a side table missing completly, and numerous ***** pieces gone. I am blaming the source of this transaction and would like compensation for the deceit and so very poor communications. It was so sad to lose my parents and now this company ruined my cherished memories.

    I am rejecting this response because:It is your responsibility to make sure the Packers and movers respond positively to my losses and disrespect in breaking and losing cherished furnishings. Y O U chose them for my move without my knowledge and you do hold that responsibility! I sent the request of details to the above and I am waiting for their response. However, I hold little hope that anything will occur on my behalf due to how we were treated. Again, cursed at by their representatives and many missing cherished articles of my family!     I am rejecting this response because: The Allied Transportation representatives also asked for a copy of my missing furniture and items ruined in previous responses to this complaint, and now they completely let go of their involvement in NEVER saying that another company would actually be moving the valuable items of my deceased parents. Another fact that needs to be included in the complaint process is that their MOVERS and Packers give you ONLY one chance to fill out the complaint and blatantly threaten that if it is not filled out properly, will be discarded and voided. Who refers  a client to this type of company? I will not discard ALLIED TRANSPORTATIONS involvement! They are awful and need to be accountable for ruining  families memories and entire lives!

    Allied transportation group-job number J2835896 *************** first estimate 11/09/2022 telephone inventory walkthrough. Estimated cubic feet ****. **** per c.f. Total $13280.00 $4000 paid deposit. Premium package ****per cubic feet ******* I was told that they would need another truck because I had an estimated **** cf more than anticipated. The price would be an additional $5000. . I signed for the additional $5000 andI leftmove!!! My move is now over ****** dollars.I began calling customer service the first week of March for information on filing a claim. It had taken that long since I was so emotionally upset with each box I opened. I spoke to a new representative, she said shed pull the records and call me right back. This was March 7th. I left a message again on March 8th. After leaving two messages she said she have time to talk with me on March 9th. No call. I left another message. March 10th. Was told shed text me info on how to file a claim. No text! I called again March 15th. Left message asking to address these issuesNo response as of morning of March 16th. April 7th have yet to hear from Allied Transportation. I have over 50 photos and additional videos of the poor packing and damages but have not been given the information on how to submit them and a claim as requested in my call in mid February. I will continue to try but am feeling like they are ignoring me until the deadline to file a claim is past.

    We are currently building a home in **************, *******. After some assurance from our builder that our house would be completed by October 2022, we contracted with Allied Transportation LLC on 6/10/22 and paid a deposit of $3147.00. We were told that our move date could be adjusted as needed but the price might be re-negoiated if we move in the summer. Due to builder delays and the September Hurricane to the area, I notified Allied our move will be put off to summer 2023. I received a call from *********************, who relayed the fact we would lose our winter discount increasing our move from $12m to over $17m. I told him we couldnt afford that and asked him to cancel. He said I either need to approve the higher cost or lose my entire $3m deposit. I understand the need to recover adminstrative costs but $3m seems like an excessive penalty. I am requesting a return of my deposit minus a small adminstrative penalty.

    Breach of contract (contract says disassembly and reassembly included - nothing re-assembled or unwrapped).Rescheduled 6 times.Mover's left 7 large items on porch.Did not even inventory what they delivered, didnt confirm before departing or collect signature on the invoice.Quote increased from ~$3,800 to ~$13,000. Damaged walls in several places from hitting items and dropping them.Showed up in a 26 foot truck, half full. Quoted price of **** cu ft. I was overcharged by at least 650 cu ft.$39 for a TV Box which was multiple pieces of cardboard wrapped around fragile electronics.Binding fee increased from $2033 to $2683 based upon fraudulent claim of **** cu ft of belongings.Damages: Mugs, bowls, photo frames, containers, bread box, stool, tote storage bins, food processor, vanity mirror, candle holders, makeup drawers broken; Queen ******** was folded and now has dip in the center causing it to be misshaped and creased; Queen *** frame missing slats and hardware. Drawers for underneath *** both broken and hardware to reinstall also missing; Bed side table drawer broken; Dresser #1 damage on corners and panels; Large full body mirror broken; Dresser #2 damage on corners and panels; Kitchen table was not fully wrapped; leg posts and table surface has dents, scratches, and chips in the wood; missing hardware; tape caused finish on table to be removed, 2 chairs have broken leg assembly; Bookshelf missing leg; Cube shelf #1 ripped off back panel; Cube shelf #2 ripped and dented back panel; Desk top and legs loose and unable to reinforce; Deep freeze gasket indented so it will not properly seal and cord indented; dent on corner of freezer; Filing cabinet dented; Train set was taped and finish on wood is ripped off and damaged; Kids desk chair missing wheel, damaged; Vanity mirror plug missing; vanity hardware missing; Coat rack missing; Damage to my walls from poor moving technique;Unable to reach company via phone/email. Won't return messages.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did contact the carrier, several times in fact. They also do not return calls, emails, or voicemails. Allied is responsible for upholding their end of the contract regarding the assembly and disassembly of the items at the very least. I also filed a claim for damages and was offered $96 for the entirety of the damages by *** Movers. Also, my move was completed as my belongings were delivered 11/6/22. I have several documented occurrences of my trying to reach out to not only Allied, but *** Movers as well, with no response from either company. I filed my claim in January which is within the 90 day window in which it is accepted.

    Company insured my belongings on Move in June 2022. I contacted the company multiple times to file a claim on my belongings that were damaged by the movers. Countless of times I have emailed customer support, called the person(s) and send messages to but all I get are countless of excuses regarding my claim ( I had been sick, my email has been compromised, this takes time to sort out, I will be back in touch with you soon, I will follow up with you - Now my messages are not going through and I have been completely blown off! These people don't care and are not responding back. I have been polite and non threatening but this company won't respond back to me or assist me in settling the damages. I have sent countless emails to instructed individuals and the company customer service regarding my Job # and pictures with costs associated of the items damages.

    Not only was the shipment delivered over a week later than what they said was the longest it would take, when the shipment arrived the damage was readily apparent in how the goods were loaded. They went to take off the first pallet that was piled 8' high and they dropped it off the back of the truck and smashed everything. As they arrived at 7:30 pm, it was not possible to see all of the damage and as they got the 8 pallets off at 9:45 pm, they just left with everything mostly on the pallets. It was not until a few days later that we checked and saw the many items damaged and even more troubling was that many of the most valuable items had been stolen. Upon checking their 4 page list of items, they didn't even put the name of *************** on it and only when pressing Allied Transportation Group did we learn who had delivered the goods. We have calculated that there is over $6,000 worth of goods missing and damaged. We believe both Allied Transportation Group DOT # ******* and *************** DOT # ******* should be sanctioned and *************** should have their DOT registration pulled. As well, we seek restitution, not only for the stolen and damaged items but the stress was so extreme my wife ended up in emergency with her heart acting up.
