1 starThis company would not allow me to modify my stay. I had originally booked 3 nights. I called a week in advance and tried to modify my stay. I was told I would have to cancel my entire booking with a 33% fee and rebook. When I called the hotel directly, I was able to modify my reservation with ease. Hotel planner refused to refund the one night. My itinerary was H9457388. This company utilizes dishonest billing practices.Review fromJohn H
