      On 4/21/25 I made reservations at a Marriott property for 4 rooms for 4 nights in Dec 2025. Because of family scheduling conflicts I had to cancel on 4/22/25. THE HotelPlanner.com *** DID NOT DISCLOSE that I would be immediately charged for all nights, all rooms immediately or that the Hotel Planner practice was to NEVER GIVE A FULL REFUND. I have received a partial refund but they still owe me over $7,000. In dealing with Hotel *********** customer service and *************** (another name they used with AMEX) I have been told by one person a full refund is being considered, later another *** said that nothing was submitted but they would do it---no refunds have hit my account after over a dozen calls. The ***s play like they are contacting the hotel but the hotel's management refutes this claim. Also, I was hung up on at least a half times during my calls. Hotel Planner processed the reservation through ******* but so far Expedia has not been helpful. I believe the hotel manager is also ***orting this deceitful behavior to Marriott management --this reflects very poorly on their use of 3rd parties making reservations for them. The ******** property also stated that their policy is to provide a FULL REFUND if cancelled within one day--not what Hotel Planner is doing. Hotelplanner.com workers mis***resent themselves to be ************** employees, are not truthful, play games with the handling of a refund and should not be permitted to continue their deceitful practices. These guys are bad news for the hotel industry.

      The night of May 1st, I clicked on a google ad and got a Hilton phone number and called it. The person on the phone claimed to be part of the "Hilton Network" and then overcharged me for a hotel room. I immediately called the hotel and they told me that I was way overcharged but they can't cancel it because third-party. Early May 2nd, I called HotelPlanner and they cancelled the reservation but they refused to refund the card. They said that "time had expired" but this was a matter of hours. I will dispute the charge once the transaction has processed, but I am also going to complain to chase about this merchant. This is a ****. The "Itinerary" they gave me is *********. They didn't even have my correct email (they spelled ****** with an S), so of course I never received any confirmation emails until after I cancelled. That confirmation number is ********. Account/Order/Tracking number: *********
