1 star******** is a scamming thief who needs to be fired for fraudent info and ripping customers off from hotels.I had my pricing done on line and wanted to make sure it went thru so I called. I was trying to book on the road and had low service connection. The gentleman named above attempted to TRIPPLE my rate!I explained I was looking at the rates and I just wanted to verify this went thru because I kept losing service. He said and I quote that rate is no longer available. He was literally lying!I pulled over and checked 3 other places who have me my rates no problem!Instead of my ****** or ****** this jerk told me I had to pay him 289.!I was so angry I actually went to a different hotel. I always stay in ******** when traveling. This jerk had me so infuriated I went to different ********** this guy. He doesn't care about the hotel customers at all. Paying a weekend rate is one thing, being ripped off? unacceptable!

5 starsVery, very helpful. She found a hotel with a shuttle to ***********, which was my main concern. An hotel Id found online didnt have a shuttle, which she investigated. Thus, she kept looking until she found one. She also has a very friendly voice! She deserves a 10 out of 10.HotelPlanner.com

1 starI purchased a hotel reservation with hotel *********** for July 25th to July 29th at the ******************** a destination by ************ When I checked the price it said it was 76% off and the total for 4 nights was $238.98 CAD. Once I completed the reservation and received my confirmation email I was charged $751.95 CAD. I was charged $513 CAD more than the reservation. I have photo and video evidence proving the price. I called hotel planner May 22, they said they would get back to be after escalating writhing ***** business hours, however I called today and they have no answer for me. I have pictures and videos proving my price. I have sent them all the information. I cant believe the scam they are pulling and no one can help. My credit card company cant even help because the price they charged and the confirmation they sent were the same price. I truly dont know what to do.HotelPlanner.com
