      i was calling about our stay in your hotel on may 26-27. when we checked in, i was told my credit card will be charged 50 dollars which will go towards the parking fee; today june 7, i just got a letter charging me 75 dollars for parking; im confused ; pls why the double charge???????? email **** 2404 @ comcast.net

      ****** was great but it was extremely difficult to reach the front desk and ended up calling support to arrange for direct billing of all charges including incidentals. You need a much better process so multiple calls arent needed

      My experience booking a hotel with the help of ******* was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful and took the time to help me even though I gave her incorrect information at one point. She is polite, calm and efficient.

      I was lied to by *******. She didnt disclose a 3rd party vendor or charge for non refundable status. Had she been honest I would not have committed to the reservation. VERY DISAPPOINTED and CONSIDER THIS FRAUD

      Bad service , *****, as he mentioned on the message, charged me ****** for only 2 nights for king *** size on Hampton inn , fishkill. When I complained, nobody wants to help me.Im disappointed Thank you
