    Try program think one time. Did nothing for me cancel all things through app and email had confirmation and then still after all that surprise 49 charged again this month and it won't let you go through app and when try to go through email doesn't work Can't validate and can't find me but you found my bank account

    Do not buy the one and done product. The hoops you have to jump through to check out without additional services or subscriptions is ridiculous and then theres one box you have to check to continue which apparently signs you up for a free trial and then you get charged monthly. Its a clever scam. So just warning to others not to buy it the headache is not worth it and I luckily caught it at the first monthly charge in which I had to call in person to cancel as there was no way to see subscriptions or how to cancel on the app - so convenient of them to make it a pain to cancel.

    On August 2nd, I purchased so-called "one and done" access to training information from Svelte Media **** for the advertised one-time fee of $29 US ($41.77 cdn). I was very careful not to sign up for a subscription, even on a trial basis, despite receiving a subsequent deluge of emails offering subscriptions and other services. Despite that, when reviewing my August credit card statement, I discovered that Svelte Media had made an unauthorized charge of $49 US ($69.15 cdn) on August 9th. That appears to be a charge for a subscription which I never signed up for! I would like Svelte Media **** to reverse that charge and remove my credit card information from their system immediately.

    I originally signed up in 2023 for what was advertised as a One and Done purchase for $49 using my Discover card. I honestly dont even remember the exact reason for the purchase, but I can say with certainty that I did not knowingly sign up for a recurring monthly subscription.Unfortunately, I recently discovered that since 2023 I have been charged $49 every monthtotaling over $1,000. The failure on my part was not noticing these charges until August 2025. However, after checking myself to see what I missed by going through the sign-up process again, I could not find any clear indication of a monthly subscription prior to clicking Pay Now.When I contacted customer service, I was told that because I didnt cancel in time, I had been enrolled in a membershipsomething never clearly disclosed in the checkout process. They canceled my account and agreed to honor only a 60-day money-back guarantee, offering a refund of four months ($196) after I pressed the issue and stated I would be filing a complaint with the *********************** add to the frustration, I never once accessed the program. I found the original 2023 login email and attempted to log in only today, where it welcomed me for the first time.Looking back, I recognize two mistakes on my end:1) Not reviewing my credit card statements closely enough.2) Not checking customer reviews beforehandwhere I now see that 44% of 3,111 reviews on Trust Pilot are 1-star - over half of the reviews with most of them about unauthorized charges (~***** of the reviews were one star).This has been a costly ****** learned.

    I agree with the person who has been charged many times for a subscription that was not wanted. I am also having this issue and I tried to cancel the subscription but they are at charting me for something I don't want. Not a happy person right now. They have put my bank account into the negative.

    Zero Stars! I entered my info thru a ******** ad, including CC to receive something for ***** and received Nothing. not an email with a link, nothing in the mail, nor a confirmation that I had ordered anything. The website jumped to another page about membership for $49 to which I Did Not want to join and could not find a box that said No Thanks I dont want this or any other way to decline the offer. At that point I closed the page. Later I find my CC is charged $29 and $49 without my permission. ****** learned, go back and delete your info dont just exit the page. Today I find another charge for $49 even tho I opened a dispute with my bank. I find out here from reading reviews its a diet plan for which I Never would have purchased!This company is a total scam starting with their ads to sign up!

    Let me start by saying, there is not enough stars up there to show my true appreciation. ***. I came across the Metaboost Connection by scrolling through reels on ********. I came across ********************* speaking about the program. I like her so I thought I would listen. Although, I thought it was just another get-rich-quick, I still wanted to hear it. I ended up purchasing the program because the price was within my budger. Something about Tamron made me stay and then I watched Mere on the video. I watched it all the way through and was skeptical. I purchased the plan on July 10th weighing in at 217 lbs at age 65. I didn't began right away because I had to do some shopping. I got everything in order and followed the 24 hour fat blast instructions. Well baby, I am down 3 lbs after beginning on 7/20. This is so real for me. I sent them emails asking them not to bother me at all via nothing. Today, I emailed them asking them to bother me. I want it all. People, EVERYTHING IS TOTALLY FREE. The shopping list, the food substitution list, the one for one list, the exercise videos, the smoothie videos are free and they have to be about 2 to 3 months worth of smoothie recipies, all FREE. There are low impact videos and high- impact videos. Mere is that girl I promise. I ma going to tell everybody I know about this program,and guess what, once a member, always a member. I know I did not discover all that there is on that app. I know that there is more because I stumbled across a wealth of health just by clicking on the links in the free app and watching the free videos. I AM SO EXCITED THIS IS SO AMAZING. Its been a long time since I felt this good, even the stress is down.I have energy yall. I believe in God, and I am certain that He led me to this program..     My wife through a ******** add thought she was getting some sort of diabetic cure called Metaboost. She had no idea she was agreeing to join a club that charges ***** a month for a newsletter! I have also left a review on ********. This started in Dec of 2024. It is now July if 2025! I have discussed this with Discover Card and have opened a fraudulent investigation. I've requested a full refund. My wife has never signed into the website or used any of the product. I will continue with the fraud investigation untill something gets done!

    0 stars if it were an option! this is a scam. I have called the credit card company, got a new credit card, and somehow they have the new credit card number and continue to charge the card!
