I purchased a hotspot in 2022 and did the 3 yr contract for $400. The agreement states that you can return the hotspot and receive the $400 after the 3 yrs (or sooner if spots are available) if the hotspot is still in working condition. I had been trying to return the hotspot since 2023, as it never quite worked right and was a waste of time and money, hence the reason I wanted to get my money back. I finally made it to the 3 -yr contract end and was told to mail the hotspot in and the tech team would inspect the hotspot. If there were no issues with the hotspot, then I would get my money back. I was told to provide the tracking # after I mailed it, which I did. I was told to mail it on 17 Jul 25, so I mailed the hotspot the same day and provided the tracking information. On 21 Jul 25, I was told that I would have had to have the hotspot remain connected the whole 3 yrs in order to get my money back. I have tried to cancel and receive a refund starting from 2023, then in 2024. I was only told that there was no availability to make the return each time. I was not told that I had to have the hotspot connected the entire 3 yrs, but was informed that it is stated in the contract. I was told that my contract has been cancelled and that I will not be getting a refund. This is a deceptive company and I would steer clear of this company and the scam hotspots.Initial Complaint

I signed a 3 year contract for a crypto miner. The miner no longer works at my new address because we live in a brand new subdivision and there system cannot find my exact address. The contract is up in Nov 2024. I have complained multiple times about it not working anymore. They agreed on 2-14-2024 to allow me to return my product to them for a full refund which I have screenshots of all conversations with them. I returned the product, they confirmed they received it on 3-5-2024 after the post office made multiple attempts to deliver and no one was ever there. On 4-3-2024 I was told that my refund check would be issued mid month of April. When I complained on 5-8-2024 I was told that I signed a 3 year contract and basically they will send the check when they feel like it. I have returned the produced as asked. Not only do they have my $400 they now have the product back as well and are refusing to send me back my deposit. They made me sign a NDA about getting the refund with out completing the 3 years. I spoke with my attorney and he said that they have breached the contract by asking for the miner back with in the 3 years and the 3 year contract is now void. He said if I need to hire him we would look at attorney fees, my $400 deposit and also the the fact that I have had to go though this stressful event. Im requesting my deposit back immediately, so I do not have to move further with legal action.Initial Complaint

I signed up regrettably with this company 2 1/2 years ago because I was recommended by a friend. The equipment I got never truly worked. I reached out to them several times to try to get a replacement or cancel with no response. While doing an audit on my bank account, I realize that they have still continuously been charging me even though I have put in multiple request to cancel. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of these people. All the phone numbers that are associated, including the one here on the BBB are bogus. This is some type of scam Im assuming. I already put in a stop payment and a request for refund through my bank. Do not get sucked into this place.Initial Complaint
