Very disappointed with this company. I signed up for service. The service had a 30day money back guarantee. I canceled the first day of service after learning I had to go through a tutorial on how to make the website work. I called to cancel and the customer service rep said that she would help me work through it and then I would be able to do it and she would show me how to do it. She talked me into keeping the website which I did and she gave me some instruction. My other website is expiring so I sat down to work on the new website and cannot make headway. I watch some training videos still cannot make headway. Today I got frustrated, could not build the website so I called to go ahead and cancel. The $380 they charge me for the website they are now telling me it’s nonrefundable because I went over my 30 day guarantee. So basically I am paying for a website that I will never use, and our church.com will not refund me the money because it’s over the 30 day guarantee. This has been exhausting and I feel like as a Christian company I should they should stick to the standards and the ethics of the Bible not the standards and ethics of the corporate world that takes advantage of consumers every day. But I guess they are OK with being lumped in with the world system. Be very careful doing business with those who claim to be Christian. You may be surprised
