I got some rims and tires ones of which i did not personally choose i was originally told i was going to get a promotional deal with 5 dollars down that was not at all what happened they gave me nice rims and tires but they were not the right bot pattern so it was forced on my truck now fast forwarding i called before my payment was due to inform them of what was going on with my truck and that i was going to soon return the rims and tires now they told me at first whenever i did return the items it would be no charge and my account would go back to a zero balance when i tell you the manager ms ***** has been beyond rude arrogant towards me she went from being nice to becoming very unprofessional i had reached out to the regional manager explained everything to him and told him about my truck still leaking oil having to get my oil rim fixed so i can put them back on when i brought theirs back and how initially it would be no charge the regional manager while on the phone with me ********** said that was fine but when ms ****** called me back she said im not waiting im coming to your house and take them off in the morning i called the regional manager back but what he told me wasn't relayed to ms ***** the same way not to mention she told me i owed more then i actually did its just amazes me how you can become so unprofessional when you have a customer who is communicating with you and you say everything good and then change your words its just sad and the way she talked to me like a child and yelling and going off was out of order that should be addressed called mr ***** back he said everything was fine to bring them back when this week the way ms ***** was speaking to me as if she want to put hands on me i was behoovedBusiness Response

The following is a response from the Store Manager:
Ms. ******* has stated that the bolt pattern of the wheel is wrong for her vehicle. She is driving a 2013 Mercedes ML350, the bolt pattern for the vehicle is 5x112. The wheel she has a 5x112 bolt pattern. When I spoke to ********** the first time she told me she would return on 12-14-2024. She did not.She called asking how much her payment was. I told her what it was including late fees. I asked her if she had decided to make a payment or return. She told me that she would call me back, that's when she called ****** When I spoke with ***** he told me to call her and tell her we could come get her wheels and tires, during the call with ***** she called the store. I let her know that we would come out at our earliest opportunity to get the wheels and tires.
I have spoken with Ms. ******* today, 12/23/2024, she says that her factory wheel will be fixed by Thursday. She is bringing the product back by Saturday 12/28/2024 and will owe no money.

I use to have an account with ******************** LOCATED ON ******************************. My last two payments for the merchandise that I purchased from them was deducted from my checking account on 12/5/23 for $265.94 and 12/30/23 for $107.05. On 5/4/24 I noticed that they had charged my checking account for$****** When I confronted them about this they told me it was a mistake and they would correct it. Then on 06/1/24 they charged my checking account again for the same amount. I went in to their store and confronted them about this and ask them to remove my debit card from their files to make sure this would not happen againOnce again they apologized and assured me it was a big mistake and it wouldnt happen again after checking with my bank months later I find out that RNR TIRE EXPRESS has been continuing to debit my account every month from 05/4/24 to 11/17/24 for the amount of of $112.00 twice in 06/24 for $112.00 and twice in 08/24 for the same amount and twice in 09/24 and twice in 10//24 and twice in 11/24. I went to my bank ********************** and explained to them what was happening. They suggested that I change my debit card. After doing so I immediately went to RNR TIRE EXPRESS again and showed them all the dates that they had debited my checking account, they confirmed it that my account was paid off in 12/23 and apologized again and told me that they would straighten this matter out. After 2 more visit and a couple of phone calls they are still telling me that they are still working on it RNR TIRE EXPRESS owes me $1,344.50 .Business Response

The terms agreed upon were a three month same as cash. This did not occur, I have paid well over the agreed amount and continuously get harassed and threatened with legal action. This company is a complete scam. They might help you in a pinch but it will surely cost you in the long run!Business Response

On 06/17/2024 i went in to get a set of tires. They didn't have the size of tire I needed so they gave me a similar size that would work. I signed up for the 120 days same as cash option. In this time I've never missed a payment and I've never been late. As of 11/30/2024 I'm still being charged. I called and spoke with someone in the billing department who claims i missed my 120 days by 11 dollars. However I looked through my bank statements after the fact, i was on the spot and limited on time while on the phone and did the math myself and this is simply not true. In fact I actually overpaid by about 11 dollars. The representative refused to give me a refund because they claim i missed the 120 days. However since "I was so close" they'd just close out the account and give me a receipt. Have not heard anything since. Don't trust them not to try charging me tomorrow.Business Response

On the 4th of November, 2024 had my wheels alignment done, they gave me an estimate for tres for the car of about $575. thought that was pretty good, later n the week, called and they gave me another estimate of about $425 which thought was great. So went n 11 Nov. Veterans Day. #2: This is invoice #********* from Wheel Pros showing we received two ABL27-20051238BK Dynasty 20x10.5 5x4 72 G-BLK +38 and one ABL-***********BK Dynasty 20x9 5x4.5 72 G-BLK +35. These represent 2 rear wheels and 1 front wheel.
#3 and 4: This is our receiving report for invoice #********* for the three wheels showing our unique item numbers , ********* (#3 on the rental agreement), ********* (#2 on the rental agreement), ********* (#4 on the rental agreement)
#5: This is invoice # ********* from Wheel Pros showing we received one ABL27-20051238BK Dynasty 20x10.5 5x4 72 G-BLK +38 the other front wheel.
#6: this is a picture of the Asanti Black Label Wheel from the vendor website with model # ABL-27
#7: these are copies of the receipts (RNR paid out the wheels and tires as a courtesy to Mr. ****** because we were unable to find the perfect set because his car was modified from original factory specs and we could not order another set he liked that would fit within our program). $780.44 was the payout for the wheels and $453.96 for the tires. Mr. ****** owed us a total of $1234.44 to pay out his account. We paid this in full to resolve the issue.
#8: This is the receiving report for invoice # ********* for one ABL-***********BK Dynasty 20x9 5x4.5 72 G-BLK +35 showing our unique item number ********* (#1 on the rental agreement).
In summary: ********** claim that we sold him fake Asanti wheels is not accurate. The rental agreement, receiving reports are corroborate that we ordered the requested wheels that are Asanti. We wanted to be able to sell Mr. ****** another set of wheels however after three weeks of searching and due to his modifications of his car, we were unable to do so.

11/18/23; I was charged ******, plus another 200+ after tires had been completely paid off; RNR did not post all of my payments as shown on my bank account; then they stated that they couldnt open my account back up after it was paid off. This is beyond pathetic customer service!Business Response

***** *** contacted the store and spoke with ***** *****, our Account Manager. ***** gave her the 180 SAC payment and end date. She also talked to ****** ****** after that and said she wanted to pay off her account the next day. ***** messed her on podium the day after with communication about the account. Attached are the messages. She told us to pay off the acct with the card on file.
After account was paid off, she called the next day and was upset about the amount that was charged to the card. ***** gave her the amount before the 180 Sac had ended. The amount charged was due to ***** being past the 180 Sac due date.Customer Answer

I was also charged double charges which were mistakes made by their employees which they couldnt explain why, the response was ok by manager. OK what exactly!? I was charged 5.00 over the amount that wasnt same as cash, and the manager said ok its just 5.00; this business is terrible and their explanations were not professional or helpful.

Purchased tires on 6 month no interest, with weekly payment of $60.00, have had to contact Bossier location first two months because,no payments were being taken out of account, spoke to ****, Acct Manager numerous times asking why they were not taking out payments, then spoke to ****** Manager, who assured me it would be corrected, payments were being taken out regularly, then again randomly started being taken not weekly called again and spoke to ****** who said she submitted paperwork and that's all she could do, said I had until December 19 to pay $377.92 or interest would be added. Had the payments been done correctly it would have been paid by December 19th. I have tried to contact corporate customer support 3 straight days in a row with no one answering, finally 4th day someone took my info and said someone would be contacting me named Candy within 24 to ********************************** also was told to contact ****** and have tried over 3 days with no return call she is either never at Bossier store or at another location, when you call the other location they say she is not there, left my name and number and still have not received a call back, was given the district person contact by the name of **** ****, called him and he did call next day left message as I was unable to answer my phone at work tried to call him and left another message and as of yet no return call. I feel that I should not be charged interest on my account due to the neglect of the company that was suppose to be taking out payments on a weekly basis of $60.00, it seems like they are not honoring their part of contract for product and it is impossible to discuss account with anyone.Business Response

Purchased tires, (which are outrageous) only to get the Free Rotation and Alignment Deal.. NEVER ONCE was told, they would have to be, 2 separate appointments!! We greatly appreciate this customer choosing RnR Tire Express. We strive to complete all installation and service work in a timely manner. We value this customers complaint and understand the issue. Performing an alignment on a vehicle with all new suspension parts takes more time than a normal alignment. Then adding on a rotation and balance service to the alignment service could take an extensive amount of time. They change your automatic payment amounts and say theyre system issues. I received text messages from someone claiming to work for them asking me to send them my credit card information because they needed to add it to the new system but conveniently could process my automatic payments every due date without me doing so. (Sounds like someone is scamming at the *****, ** location.) My receipt pay off amount said one thing, but when it was time to pay off my merchandise, they claimed I still owed them $500 more dollars and says its for taxes and fees because my payments have always been make on time; So they couldnt say that! These are AWFUL business practices! According to the payoff on my receipt, my payoff was $2255.79. I paid $2094.00 BEFORE I called on my payoff date of Oct 9th and I was told that I owe another $500. HOW?!? My payments are made every two weeks and Ive continued to pay them because *** reached out to their corporate office and havent received a response other than requesting my contact information, which I readily provided and still nothing. My account is currently 9 days past due due to a banking issue which the location keeps sending me messages threatening to repo the merchandise despite this not being MY fault and Ive always made my payments. Theyre also acting as if Im not responding back and going no contact. I know these arent automated messages because Ive received a response from the same number before.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I just want the payoff that was specified on my receipt to be honored. According to the store, my payment amounts were changed due to them getting a new system and told me that it was a system error and when I called to pay off, I was told $500 for taxes and fees; which is strange considering everything else in the system worked perfectly fine, when it was time to auto draft my payments out each due date. According to my receipt, me owing $500 wasnt true. None of this is any fault of my own and if this location is changing payment amounts in the system, unknowingly to the customers, to lock or trick them into a longer contract, thats not good either.

I am rejecting this response because:My contract states that I was to pay a total of $1502.28 for the tires and a total of $3338.40 for the rims after my SAC date. That is $4840.68 total. To date, I have paid $5,271.62. Why do I still owe on this account? That is WELL over whats listed on my contract. I need an explanation of why I still owe and a refund because according to the contract, Ive overpaid.
