In 2024 ,I went and got wheels and tires from this company. They did not give me a copy of my purchase or any paperwork. I was making my payments. A couple months down the road my tire popped on the highway I went and got a new tire from them, I left a couple days later my tire pops on the highway and my strut broke due to the technician at *** tire prince location not being sealed or put on correctly. They sent someone to replace my tire while this was happening the manager from the location stated that they did the job wrong and technician were going to get written up for it . Moving forward, I got new rims and tires from another company called Rent A Wheel and they Called RNR TIRE IN FRONT OF ME AND THE PERSON AT THE SPEEDWAY LOCATION AGREED AND TOLD RENT A WHEEL THEY WILL BE PICKING UP PRODUCT. NOW RENT A WHEEL CLOSED THE LOCATION IN ****** AND TRANSFERRED *** PRODUCT TO THE RENT A WHEEL IN ******* ON 43RD AND INSTEAD OF THEM HELPING WITH GETTING THE PRODUCT THEY Continuously THREATENED TO FILE THEFT OF SERVICES CHARGES AGAINST ME WHEN I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES OF THEM SAYING THEY WILL BE HELPING Retrieve THE PRODUCT FROM RENT A WHEEL NOW 9/11 NOW T I AM Receiving THREATS OF THEFT OF SERVICES . Above I have attaches our messages between the customer and myself.
***** ********* entered into an agreement with our business to obtain tires and wheels for her vehicle. After taking possession of the merchandise, she fell several payments behind. When contacted regarding the delinquency, she instructed us to retrieve our merchandise from another business. Rent a Wheel.
At that time, Rent A Wheel had closed it's operations in the *************. Ms. ********* then insisted that our merchandise could be recovered from their ******* location, which is over 130 miles away. Despite the inconvenience, we sent a team member to their Phoenix location in good faith to resolve the matter. Upon arrival, Rent A Wheel informed us they did not have the merchandise. In fact, they were also seeking Ms. ********* for failure to pay on her contract with them.
Since then, Ms. ********* has retracted her statement regarding the merchandise location and continues to place blame on Rent A Wheel. ***** told me this morning she could not figure out how to remove this complaint and has made a payment with us.

RNR Tires at ******************************************* refuses to pick up their property but continues to harass and threaten me with theft charges. My car was totaled in June 2025. They were notified at that time where the car was and they could pick up tires. I was unable to work and moved from ******** to *****. So I was unable to return them myself or pay at that time. I informed *** of my situation and that I would pay them when I received pymt from insurance company. They continued to harass me. The car was towed to ****************************************************** on 8/29/2025. Again I notified them to retrieve property. I received text back stating they will not go pick them up. I am attaching all correspondence with them. I don't have a problem paying reaching an agreement to a settlement. I have always been clear on my intention to pay them. Ive just had to wait on insurance payout. They clearly told me they wanted the property back or pymt. *** offered both. And they continue the threats .Business Response

We have read and appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint. We often have property on vehicles that are totaled and placed in a tow yard. Generally speaking, we do not go to tow yards and pick up merchandise unless the insurance company, vehicle owner, and a RnR Tire Express have made an agreement to do so. Often, the insurance companies do not release property on the vehicle to anyone other than the owner. The insurance company often pays us for our property or pays the vehicle owner and we are paid out of that. Our contract with each customer states that the customer must return the merchandise or arrange for its return. We are not obligated to attempt to retrieve from anyone who has taken possession of the vehicle in question. At this point, it appears an offer of $450 was made by a RnR Tire Express representative. We will honor that offer at this time. This customer can call *************) the location and ask for the General Manager (***) and the notes will be in the account for the payoff.Initial Complaint

Came to get the rims and tires , completely understandable couldnt make the payment told them it was okay to come get them , while they came to get the rims and tires they dented in my whole driver door to my vehicle with THE **** AND TIRES , I call the office and she informs me that her crew told her they was no where near my driver door and they did not cause the dent in our door and when I stated I had pictures the lady got extremely rude and informed me that I could just send the pictures to her I stated we would be up there to show her she said very rudely well were closed so you can come tomorrow . But they said they did not cause that and never touched the driver door or wasnt by it at all . The account is under her husband's name, ****** ******. This was already addressed with the customer on the phone. We do not believe we caused the damage to their vehicle. We asked them to send the video they claim to have to our Podium number. They insisted earlier this week that they wanted to come in person. They have yet to come by the store. Hello I had a set of Ri** and tires that I got from RnR on a 2011 blue f150 and the truck got tied up in our bankruptcy case and because our lawyer made a mistake the truck got repossessed. ***** to the repopossion my wife made a call to them and told them that its a possibility that the truck might get repossessed. We it happened so I notified them of where the truck was and they made no effort to get the tires from *************************. At a holding yard. I even contacted the place and told them they would be coming. They never made an effort to go get the ri** and tires. Then the truck was took to *********** ** where it was help at another holding yard 10 mins from another rnr store. No effort was made then also. Now Im being threatened with garnishment and they want me to pay $ 3400 that I dont have for something Im no longer in possession of. I have phone records and proof that efforts were made to turn these tires in. Also an employee there that I met during the tire sell has slandered my name to other people and I dont even know her. Her name is ***** *****. Im pretty sure that has to be some kind of violation of a privacy act somewhere. That I can also prove. I hope the BBB can help me. I dont know what else to do. **** ***** was a customer of ******** He paid a down payment to order the wheels he got on his truck.
***** doesn't know him personally other than his son dated an old friend of mines daughter.
****** ****** was his account manager. She had stated to ***** on multiple occasions that she knew him personally.
**** was in contact with ****** about the repossession but to ******* knowledge he kept telling her he didnt know where the vehicle was being held.
Gabe is from ******* hometown of *****, MS.Again, ****** ****** knows him personally not *****.
As it pertains to the vehicle, when ****** was here, she asked **** multiple times where truck was and he wouldn't tell her.Finally she got the information from him. But with it being at a tow yard, he had rims and tires and we normally we can't get our merchandise without putting something back on the car. And per contract its the customers responsibility to get us merch back before it gets towed. The customer, by contract, is responsible for payment for the wheels and tires.Initial Complaint

*** has consistently been automatically withdrawing funds from my account when they are not to have a saved card on file and are drawing these funds without my consent. I have reached out to the company numerous times and have no resolution or refunds from them. I went in to speak about getting new tires put on my car due to belts showing in both front tires. This was on July 10th, 2025. The tires were put on I signed all the paperwork and left. Went to work on July 11th I injured my foot very badly completely tearing 2 ligaments and causing contusions to the bone. My work was limited due to this injury. My 1st payment was due on the 3rd as per my contract. I let the business know that due to the injury on my foot I didn't have the entire payment but was able to make $60 payment to get to the 15th then on the 15th I would be able to make the rest of the monthly payment. To get me back on track to the original contracted payment schedule of the 3rd. I just learned today the 15th that they rewrote my contract without my knowledge or approval. And changed the payment amount that I signed the contract for from ****** to ******. Rather than keeping everything the same. This is flip and switch and is taking advantage of customers without their knowledge. They are making threats to come and remove the tires even though I haven't denied making a payment. They changed things without my knowledge. They record their calls so you will be able to listen to that call. Not once did **** say in order to do the payment adjustment that they would have to rewrite my contract. It was done without my approval and I am being told that today if I do not make the ****** payment that I didn't agree to that they would come take the tires.Business Response

I brought my car in to have the warranty covered becuase they sold me defective tires. They have a constant rhythmic vibrational noise which I'm guessing is from improper manufacturing techniques or bad machining at the time of manufacture. I purchased the tires on 03/09/2023 and returned in 2024 to complain. They did have a warranty of approximately ****** miles. At 20k to 30k miles I noticed all of the original tires on the vehicle were defective and making noise. It wasn't that bad so I kept driving them. But at around 35k to 40k miles I went in and complained. I went into the store on 3-4 occasions to try and get the tires replaced to no avail. My final attempt was last year, at which point the warranty could have been void, as I drive a lot. I can't remember the **** name but it was a female and she was kind of hippie like but real chill and she was trying to be very helpful. She was very nice and opened up a case for me. She told me it was difficult to track the account because my previous complaints or other work done at the shop had been created under several accounts so my history with RNR Tire Express in ******, IN was not all in one place. She made several attempts to reach out to her supervisor and was sending emails back and forth, as she told me, to try and figure out how to remedy the situation. She Told me on the first day of my complaint at the store that she would have to get in touch with me after she finds out what RNR Tire Express of Muncie would be able to do for me. I had absolutely no response for several days from her. I went back into the store on ********** ** that same week and asked for her again. She attempted to communicate, with more correspondence to either her sales manager, or corporate, and she told me she would get back with me. No response ever!!! They are negligent on replacing defective tires within warranty thresholds and should be held responsible. The tires are so bad now it's unbearable. Please Help!!Business Response

After talking with Mr. ******* We have offered to Mr. ****** the solution of RNR Tire Express providing to him 2 tires at no cost to him and he would have to purchase the other 2 tires. We can do that on the 120 days same as cash program. Mr. ****** indicated that was good with him and asked us to notate it in his account for future use. We indicated we would do that for him. We have investigated the allegation and we do not see any proof of faulty tires or the lack of services made to the customer , so we consider this matter closed. We are more than happy to set up alignment and rotate balance for the custom.
But, if they do not use that service previously, then their tires will wear out. And when that happens, alignment or rotate balance is not going to be able to be done.We cannot do anymore for this customer. They have to take the responsibility to come in and get the services done to extend the life of their tires.
if the customer would like to come into the store, we will do a rotate and balance and well do an alignment for them, but they need to be aware theyre probably not Have the results of the customer wants because they have already wore the tires down.
We consider this matter closed.

When I got my tires on June 2nd **** at the springdale store asked me what I wanted to do with my tires.I told him I wanted to keep best out of the 4 For my spare you said OK no problem. And after I got my tires on and went home. I looked in my trunk. There was no tire, so I sent a message. And gotta reply back saying that the store was closed. Which I understood but I messaged him almost every day for weeks. Asking about my tire and I've gotten no reply still to this day. I want my tire not to mention the transaction that happened on my last payment where I was charged double plus some. And my information was switched with another person's information and it caused me to be late on other bills and caused me late fees and I was just pretty much told. Oh well, sorry it happened. I want my spare tire. I have asked for it for a month now. And i've been ignored and been treated very disrespectfully i've tried contacting corporate and I've gotten no reply. I was forced to go to the store in ********** to make my pafter a conflict with the employee. I don't know what else to do because I cannot drive to the Store Every Time I Make A Payment. They told me my card was deny and then I tryed other card.. all having money on them. they man told me to add my money to a cash app call.. Well I did this?? He give me a diffent phone to call.
