The display of my personal information impacts me significantly by compromising my privacy and increasing the risk of identity theft, fraud, or harassment. I am concerned about how information.com they obtained my phone numbers and other personal details, as it is unclear what sources were used to compile this record. I used this free service in December and paid 6.99 for the report. I never agreed to a subscription and have been charge $***** illegaly. They also do not have a cancel subscription option on their website and instead force you to email them info or call them. I would like to be refunded my ***** and have the subscription canceled asap. This company had me sign up for a "Free" trial that I had to pay $.99 for and then proceeded to charge my account 2 times for $30 each time. There is no where on their website to cancel the subscription and they state in their terms that there is a form you can fill out to get a hold of them, but when you click on the link to the form it just takes you back to their homepage. I emailed the company and told them to cancel my subscription and then received an instant reply telling me that I need to call them which I should not have to do just to cancel. They purposely make it impossible to easily cancel your membership so they can keep scamming money out of you. There are many other people online that have had this same situation happen to them and this company needs to be held accountable and they need to stop scamming people.Business Response

The date of the transaction was 1/11/2025. My credit card was charged twice. One of the charges was for a transaction relating to a search - the webpage cost showed the cost would be $0.99.
