      Horrible issues with safety, maintenance, and management at my apartment community. No one ever answers the phone at my apartment complex, Celsius Apartment Homes in Charlotte NC. You ALWAYS get voicemail. I once spoke with a manager about safety issues and was told it is not in my lease that he must make this community safe. He also said he can tell when "thugs and gangbangers" are applying and he would love to keep them out but he can't if they qualify. He also told me 3 times he was the retired military which had NO relevance to our conversation. I asked management for a name and contact number for their regional manager and was given the name Sherri B., have left 3 voicemails, and two messages on their website with no response. If a parent company doesn't care it makes sense why the complex is poorly managed, If I could give "0" stars I would.
