Quick ************** is a scamming company. I ordered Ultimate Keto Gummies. I was automatically put on a subscription I did not want. Called 3 different times and got set to different phone numbers saying they couldnt help me. Meanwhile I was charged $199 every month. The first month I chose to order was on me. As soon as I realized they put me on a subscription, I called and finally was told they would refund me $65 and cancel. Nope, two more months of $199 charges to no avail. This company preys on people and then makes it impossible to get off their subscription without canceling your card.Business Response

I ordered one order of Keto Gummies but they over charged my order and also sent detox pills I never ordered. 1 month later they charged my debit card $119.00 that I never approved. I called all three phone numbers associated with them and I get an operator from *********** or ***** who says they can't help me. I continued calling throughout the day only to get people answering the phone from overseas which one person hung up on me. Now I have to go to my bank and replace my debit card so they stop charging me. I also have to spend my wasteful time and setup all of my auto payments with my new debit card! I attempted several times to cancel this product (Ultimate Keto Gummies) but the person at phone number on the product receipt claimed that they were only "middle men" and that I needed to cancel with the providers of the product. I called this number several times only to get a recording requesting name, order number and message regarding the product. I requested cancellation and told them to quit sending this product. I have now been billed 3 times @ ****** for a product I don't want. There is hardly any information given on the receipt shipped with the product making it next to impossible to identify this company or to cancel. I want my money back.Business Response

On September 23, 2022 I ordered the Ultimate Keto Gummies after clicking on a ******** ad for the product. My intent was to purchase this initial one bottle for $59.99. At the time I was charged and additional $119.88, and since I have been charged $119.88 on 10/24 and 10/23. I did not authorize payments beyond the initial $59.99, and since then I have received two shipments of this product that I did not open or use. I have attempted to contact both UltimateHealth and QuickTrim Diet Labs without any luck. I seek to be refunded $359.64 as these are three charges (3x$119.88) for merchandise I did not intend to purchase. The order number for this most recent shipment was #******* and it lists QuickTrim Diet Labs as a contact, however the phone number only connects the caller to a machine where no message can be left and the call drops.Thank youBusiness Response

We are including 1 free bottle in that package so that brings the price down (divide $119.88 by 2) to $59.94 for each bottle. We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. 9/15/22 Order #*******. This is the 2nd time this company has sent me a product that was not authorized by me. I've tried to resolve via phone . Was given a cancelation number and was told that they would stop sending this product to me. They continue to bill me and I can't afford to pay for this product and that is why I had canceled it the first time (Cancelation# *******). I need this credited back to my Credit Card.
