    We have never ordered anything from this company, in fact had not been to their website until today. However we received 2 orders of CBD gummies, never ordered, and they charged my husband's card but put the order in my name. When I called today they confirmed they had our correct address but incorrect phone and email. They offered to refund 50%, which is unacceptable. I offered to mail back the unopened bottles they sent in exchange for the refund,with the refund being applied first and they refused. These were fraudulent charges to begin with. Looking at the number of complaints for exactly this on the BBB website this company has an ongoing issue with exactly this, which doesn't seem like it could be a coincidence.Order numbers ******** and ********, $199.88 per transaction, transactions 5/21/23 and 6/20/23

    My credit card does not show the charges reversed as of today, 7/7. 
    There are 2 charges made. 
    with the number of BBB complaints discussing this same issue it is obvious that someone is using many peoples credit cards to place orders without their knowledge. If its not being done by your company then you have a duty to better secure your transactions.

    Hello,

    As per checking , your account has canceled and fully refunded amounting to $399.76 on 07/02/2023. If it were solely up to us wed have your refund processed instantly. Even if an online merchant (us) issues a credit immediately, that credit goes through a process between our bank and your bank. It is not in our control how fast you receive the funds. Please keep in mind that banks are not open on weekends. If the refund was issued to a debit card, it takes approximately 3-5 business days. If the refund was issued to a credit card, it can take up to 10 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Like other complaints. I was credit card charged without any knowledge of who what the company is. Even the website, hard to find, doesn't even show the product (CBD gummies) on it; no return address; it is hard to find where it came from. One has to open the package and waste their time trying to find out who sent this to you. 5x bottles were sent in May 2023 and we weren't sure where it came from. Got another in June and finally saw the previous statement was charged for $199.88. The number to call is 3rd party and won't cancel anything past 30 days and makes you pay return shipping which is not happening. Credit card has obviously been compromised and canceled. Unless you check your card promptly, they do everything to scam you.

    My 81 year old father placed an order for a 3 pack of ultra CBD gummies from them and they over charged him by $100. Then they did not have his authorization to charge that amount nor did they have the authorization for a subscription renewal at that amount. I have seen the ad for three bottles at $69. So I believe he was taken ada *** age of due to his age and that they unlawfully charged his account with fees he did not agree to. He has received a second shipment and I have called them twice now and been hung up on during the complaint filing. We w*** his money back and they are offering $84 for the second unopened shipment instead of the $169. When I ask that we w*** to return for a full refund I get the response for us to pay shipping and that once they receive and inspect them they will issue an unknown amount back to us. They say they cannot tell me what amount he will receive once inspected as still sealed. I demanded to speak with a manager now and both calls were conveniently disconnected when they had me oh hold for a manager. They refuse to give him any money back for the first order or prove that he verbally acknowledged the $169 charge or any on going subscriptions. As I know he did not. He did not find this out until he received his credit card bill and then a second shipment. I feel there was false advertisement here or minimum misleading practices and possible taking adv***age of a senior citizen. I w*** the full amount of credit for both orders and I will gladly ship them back all six bottles. 5 of which are still sealed. At this point and time Im considering them to be a bad company. Also since *** called twice and been hung up on when I demand for this to be escalated to a manager level and to speak with a manager. We have since canceled the credit card for fraudulent activity as at the same time this was first ordered he started getting test runs on his credit card for cents for another company making small charges.     06/09/2023 I just received 2 bottles of the **** I DID NOT ASK OR ORDERED THESE. I pray you did not bill me. For I do not want them or like them. So what am i supposed to do with them ?     On May 7, 2023 charges were registered against my **** credit card for two amounts without authorization. Product was received while we were subsequently out of town that was not ordered, two bottles CBD Capsules and 5 bottles CBD gummies. All funds should be returned and no further charges are authorized.

    Never heard of QuickTrim Diet Labs but received a package from them filled with CBD gummies and CBD capsules. Having never ordered these I was confused about where they came from. Doing some investigating found out they are a known company to place false orders and charge you. I pulled up my credit card account and sure enough I had been charged twice for a total of almost $300. This company is fraudulent and steals your information.

    I have a charge on my credit card from this company then a shipment of gummies in the mail. I have never even heard of them before needing to look them up. They charged me $199.88 for a product I dont want and was unaware existed. I am disputing the charge but I would like this company investigated for obscene business practices.

    Like many other complaints on here, my credit card was charged $199.88 and $59.99 by this company for Ultra CBD Gummies that I did not order. I've never heard of this product or company before and I certainly did not place this order. After finally reaching customer service *************) I was given a return shipping address. Then told to call them back after the return (with tracking #) was complete for further instruction. Why do I have a feeling this scam is only going to continue? So I called my credit card company, disputed the charges and they're issuing me a new card.

    I had an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $199.88 on May 3, 2023. I immediately contacted my credit card company to alert them of this fraudulent unauthorized card on 5/4/23. I immediately canceled my card an opened a case in the resolution center. On 5/8/23, I received 5 bottles of Ultra CBD gummies. NO invoice was included...ONLY a packing slip. I called the ************** listed on the packing slip. The first called was "dropped" when I inquired about sending package back for a refund. The second call I placed was with a different individual who offered a refund of only$100.00?? He also stated the order was placed from an email that clearly I didn't create. The 3rd call I made 2 hours later yielded basically the same results. This company is scamming people and needs to be SHUT down!
