    I was charged $199.88 and ***** for Ultra CBD Gummies that I didn't authorized. i received 4 bottles of Ultra CBD gummies and called their 800 number and tried to return and cancel. They sent me gave a a number to write down and told me I could sent them back. I would have to call back 3 weeks after return and see if they would refund. I called back again the next day to speak to a manager about this not believing this was correct and they would just hang up.

    I was charged $199.88 two times for Ultra CBD Gummies that I didn't authorized. I originally ordered a promotional order of Ultra CBD gummies to try. They shipped that order plus an identical order and charged $199.88. I have tried to cancel by phone and website but have not been able to. I would like to return and get credit for two orders of 5 bottles each at $199.99 each. I would also like to discontinue any ongoing order that they feel I have.

    My credit card was charged $199.88 and $59.99 by this company or its subsidiary for Ultra CBD Gummies that I did not authorize. I have never heard of this product or company before and it is very hard to find information about them online. When I called the number on the packing slip and informed the agent that I did not place the order, she argued with me. The shipping address was correct, but the email address assigned to the account was not. When I suggested that *** be a clue to tracking down the issue, I was told to take it up with my credit card provider. I then offered to return the product in exchange for the refund and asked what their general return policy was, regardless of these particular circumstances, but then she hung up on me ...? It appears that someone took my information, ***be from another online account, and placed a fraudulent order (perhaps internal to this company). I would like the business practices and legitimacy of this company to be reviewed, in addition to an immediate refund of the two charges.

    All orders are consumer initiated and placed online. We received an order from you on 03/24/2023. There is no way for us to place an order for you. You have to enter your credit card information on the checkout page and hit the submit my order button. Without you doing this no order would be placed. We have no way of knowing your credit card information nor can we go to your checkout page and force the order through.

    Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: There was no acknowledgement of the fraudulent order as described in similar complaints with the BBB. The response also focused more on the dispute filed with my bank and did not address the lack of direct resolution options and unprofessionalism of the agent at the time of my inquiry.

    Ordered Ultra CBD Gummies from Quick **************** The purchase was very misleading to say the least. I thought it was a one time purchase. It was not. There were two charges to my account made on Feb 13th from ULTRA8443134121. One for $59.99, the second for $199.88. I received the expected first package. Some time later, April 1st, I received a second package with even more gummies. I attempted to do a return. I called the phone number that was on the packing slip, **************. It gave me one dial option, which I fallowed and then the call would end. Several times calling only gave the same result, the call suddenly ending. Could not find a web page. My bank could not find a web page either, but pointed out that the number after ULTRA on the charge was a phone number. Called **************. My call was received by an individual that put me on hold numerous times. He refused to give me a return label or QR code. He gave me a number to write on the package and said he hoped the returned item was acceptable. I asked to speak to a manger, then he ended the call. I called the same number again, talked to a different individual. After giving him my mailing address, the call went silent. It did not end but he no longer would respond. The calls got me nowhere. This business made a secondary charge that was not approved and then refused to help me return it, so I could get a refund. Creepy, sneaky business.

    I was charged $199.88 for Ultra CBD Gummies that I didn't authorized. The website was malfunctioning and never received a confirmation email of the purchased of any product. i received 5 bottles of Ultra CBD gummies called their 800 number they gave me a different 800 number called no answer tried, recording gave options for leaving a message but voice mail full. No address to return the bottles. I have notified my Bank to not accept any further purchases under this account. please assist in canceling any further transactions.

    I ordered Ultimate Keto Gummies (5 bottles) in November 2022 and have called the phone number provided on the packing slip each month to cancel the ongoing subscription with no response. I have left messages with my name, order number and contact info and also spoken to different people who said they couldnt cancel for me. I keep receiving a monthly shipment and have been charged $99 per month. I want this subscription cancelled. My order number is ********.

    Received unauthorized purchase from whoever this is for an order I didnt place in the amount of $199.88. I called my bank and had my card cancelled and they refunded the money. Days later I receive a package of 5 bottles of CBD gummies. I call the number on my order confirmation. They cant find alleged order. This number/transaction from the bank perspective is linked to dating apps. Is this company legit?? Probably not.

    I have never willingly done business with ******************* however on February 5th, 2023 I was charged $199.88 for five bottles of "Ultra CBD Gummies", which were shipped to my resistance on February 13th under order #********. Again, prior to this unauthorized transaction, I had never heard of "Ultra CBD Gummies" nor QuickTrim Diet Labs, much less disclosed my credit card or personal information to them. How the company was able to charge me remains a mystery and could indicate illicit activity on their part. Regardless, I called both customer service numbers provided ********************************* and explained the situation. Instead of granting me a refund, the representative tried to convince to keep the unsolicited product at a discounted rate (unfazed by the unauthorized nature of the transaction). After reiterating that I had never ordered nor wanted their "Ultra CBD Gummies", I asked if I could at least return the item to ****** a refund, which the representative said I could. They (allegedly) proceeded to email me a return label, which I never received (despite confirming my email address multiple times). I still have received neither a refund nor a means of even returning the package. Given the plethora of complaints against this company and the obscurity of their "Ultra CBD Gummies" product (which is nowhere to be found online, aside from multiple articles discussing whether or not they are a scam), I suspect that ****************** is engaging in fraud and will pursue legal action if I do not receive a refund by May 1st, 2023.

    On January 13,2023 I ordered CBD Gummies but also received and was charged for 2 bottles of CBD capsules.My order number was #********.My body has not responded well to the gummies and the ad said I could get a refund but no information was provided about how I could do that. The decline button is right under the place my order button so it is very easy to opt out.
