I ordered a product from Harmoneyleaf.com They not only sent me the wrong product but they charged me twice the amount they advertised. Harmony CBD charged my credit card $300. I was only aware of the site from ******** and their add says try 3 bottles for *****. I called them got a rma# to send them back to get a full refund. So far they only gave me $100 back. They owe me $200 more.Initial Complaint

Purchased six bottles of their CBD gummies on 10/02/2023 for $239.88. Nothing in the receipt or the confirming email indicated this was a monthly subscription. On 10/31/2023 another charge of $239.88 and another six bottles were sent. I contacted the company today 11/08/2023 and they were willing to offer me $70 back. I demand A full refund and a postage shipping label to return the product if that is what they desired. They then offered me $90 for the inconvenience and agreed to cancel the monthly subscription. I again demanded that this was deceptive billing practices, deceptive, business practices, and an unauthorized fraudulent charge to my account, and that I would seek legal counsel for those complaints. The call taker checked with higher *** and they agreed to a full refund if I returned the bottles unopened. However, they still indicated I would need to pay the shipping cost, I explained to them that does not equal a full refund then. I indicated to them that I would be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and looking into turning them in for billing and business practices. Before the resolution of the call, they had refunded me $119 which was equivalent to 60% of what they charged me. They were still asking me to send the product back at my own expense, and then they would provide, the rest of a full refund of $239.88.Initial Complaint

I was lied to by Harmony Leaf about saying it would be $59.99 to try a bottle of gummies. They charged me $239.88, twice! for $479.76. I called them, and they told me that the monthly subscription started right away after tying the bottle. I did not sign up or want more bottles. They were trying to negotiate to give me back part of the money. I refused to take that since I didn't want more bottles. They finally said they would take back the latest box but not the one for the month before. They also said they would not return all of my money only for one month return. I didn't order any subscriptions. This is a fraudulent charge. I want my money back ($479.76) and will be happy to return all the bottles they sent me. I clearly was lied to, and they're saying they won't return all my money even though I didn't authorize any of these charges. Try'd to order 3 bottles at $39 whatever and get 3 free. Got charged for 5 bottles and 2 bottles of some drops I didn't want.Total charge being almost $300 when it should of been like $120 plus tax. Around 8/3/23 I saw an ad for the gummies, it said buy 3 bottles get 3 free, I purchased the 3. When I received my credit card statement, I had been charged for 6 bottles,when I called them about it, they started telling me how they could knock $40 dollars off, never addressing the add. I then told them I would like a refund, they gave me a number to write on the return box and instructions to send it back. When I saw that they had received it, I called to see how long before I would get my refund, they told me about 3 weeks. In 3 weeks I called back, still not having gotten my refund, the girl told me she would take care of the refund, but there was a $10 a bottle restocking fee. No where in the refund portion does it say anything about a restocking fee, and I was never told this with the first two conversations I had about getting a refund. So not only have I not gotten my refund as of 9/15/23, now they want $60 restocking fee, To restock 6 little bottles. What a rip off, not only false advertising, but no mention or restocking fee in return policy.Initial Complaint

I was lied to by harmony leak about saying it would be $38 to try a bottle of gummies. But they tried charging $239.00 it got declined then they tried to charge it a different way. I did not want that many bottles. This is fraudlent. If the charge got declined to them once. They should not have continued. I will be shipping these back and demanding my money of $239.88. We do apologize for the confusion. We would be more than happy to clarify any misunderstanding with your order. You can get this discounted price of $39.98 if you will purchase a bundle, the more bottles more discounts you can get. The deal is $239.88 for 4 bottles so each bottle is $79.96. We are including 3 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $239.88 by 5) to $39.98 for each bottle.
We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.As a one time courtesy, we issued a full refund on 07/22/23 as the customer requested.
