On November 26,2023 I ordered from Harmony Leaf. Their advertised promotion stated "buy one get one free" for $49.99. I was subsequently charged $299.87. I was dissatisfied with the product and the price and called to receive a refund and return the product. I was told by the associate that I would receive a full refund and to keep the product rather than return it, even though I did not want to. When I received my credit card statement, I saw that Harmony Leaf only credited me a partial amount with an outstanding balance of $149.87. When I called to resolve this issue, I was told, in effect, that they would not be able to refund me the balance. Upon looking into the reputability of this company, I saw on the BBB website and elsewhere that they have been frequently accused of fraudulent claims and advertising, shady business practices, and general dishonesty. This company has been taking money out of my account and I have tried to make them stop!!!!! This is ridiculous and the customer service is down the drain. The lady even hung up on me when I was disputing trying to get my money back. I despise this company with a passion with the way I have been treated. The order stayed buy one and get one free for $49.99. The confirmation sent by email states a charge for $249.87. I then called their contact number to claim about the over charge. While the company employee was very difficult to understand, I understood the error would be corrected. Instead, I received an email stating a refund of $80. Subsequent contact have gone unanswered. Additionally, their ad claimed to correct *** but the product label contains nothing about that physical condition!!Initial Complaint

On 12/16 my bank account was charged $198.00. I tried to purchase one bottle of CBD gummies which was ***** and they signed me up for the largest option consisting of 3 bottles. I was never sent. I ordered their Harmony Leaf CBD gummies based on a promotional cost advertised. I only wanted to try the product. This company sends me shipments monthly and charges my credit card fraudulently as I did not authorize any subscription service or additional bottles. Their advertising is not truthful and straightforward. They take advantage of obtaining credit card information for a promotional offer and then add a subscription service, mail monthly shipments, and charge astronomical amounts for their products.Initial Complaint

Getharmonyleaf.biz took $239.88 off my cash card without permission. I ordered once from them a d was overcharged and now they did it again. I especially didn't sign up a subscription order and didn't authorize any charges to be taken off my card. I want ALL MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY! I need my $ for my bills. So why does this company keep getting away with doing this robbery to people. Transaction was two nights ago. I am a Type II diabetic, and I saw an ad for gummies that helped lower blood sugar that was purportedly from a company funded by Shark Tank. I thought I was ordering one bottle to try. At the very end it told me the cost and I that I had ordered CBD oil, which I most certainly did not. I was shocked when my debit card was charged $300! I am 70 years old and retired. I would never have authorized this kind of expense. I have a mortgage as well as other cost of living living expenses. I am worried I cant pay my bills this month, not to mention it is Christmas! All I want is a refund. I would never have spent this much money on a product I hadnt even tried.
