    I have been receiving Orders from Harmony Wave by US Mail of (1) multiple bottles CBD Gummies and (2) ******** I did NOT order these products but they show up at my home address and they have been charging My ********************* checking account for several months now. They are shipped by **** Ground Advantage with an address of *************** ******************************************************************************************* Copy of last shipping label attached.

    I ordered the first order because it seemed legit but after taking these gummies for 2 months it not only did nothing to help but made it difficult to walk so I quit taking them and things were better at that I was done they sent me 4 more bottles the end of July and billed me for them ****** $ I did not order the 2nd batch and will gladly give them back when my card is reimbursed and they send a call tag

    Order 1/15/2025 1:15 pm Harmony Flow CBD -2 $129.88 I ordered 1 bottle + 1 Free 1/15/2025 I called them and said I order 1 bottle + 1 free, not 2 bottles +2 Free. an internal credit was issued for ***** before my credit card was charged. 1/15/2025 My credit card ending in 7624 was only charged for the 1 bottle + 1 free bottle RMA 1/27/25 was issued for the return of 2 bottles (I could not take them) that I purchased 1/15/25. I mailed the 2 bottles back by **** 1/28/25 Tracking#********************** to ********, ** and they were picked up on 1/31/15. Credit was suppose to have been issued on 2/6/25. I have never received any credit. I started calling the call center ************** I have talked to about 10 different people about situation and nobody seems to be able to help me. They always say we will call you back, nobody never calls. I was calling once a week since February through June - no answer to my problem. In July I talked to a ****** at with the call center/billing ******* she said there was an error in processing my credit. She would get back with me - no call back. I talked to ***** on July 18 - they were in the process of correcting the error. He said to give them until July 30 to process the credit and he would call me - no call back. I talked to ****** on July 30 and she said give them August 1 - no call back. I talked to an Amara on August 4 she could not pull up anything on my account. She told me to call back in 2 hours for a supervisor to help me. I called back 2 1/2 hours later - no supervisor available. I called back again August 4, I talked to the same ***** as above which he did remember talking to me back in July. This time he asked for the tracking number. I was cut off. I have all times/names.

    I received a package of over CBD dummies and bottles from Bliss Harmony. I did not order these nor did I authorize any transactions and they are absolutely impossible to deal with. They would not accept the fact that I did not place these orders and I had to contact my bank and I'm currently undergoing disputing two separate transactions because I received two more bottles recently and was charged even more money.

    I keep receiving these CBD gummies, that I never ordered, from a company called Harmony Wave, from ********************. I finally found they are charging over ******/month. My son called them in June to see about returning them and getting credit. They told him its past 30 days and he can't return them. However they said that I had no on going subscription for them and they would send no more. My son has discovered they have charged me $569.64 for these things and I got another shipment after he was told they would stop. He has read complaints about them about the exact same thing. There phone number is ************, Please help, I have cancelled my credit card, but would like a refund and will send the product back. I get no emails about shipment or order numbers, total scam from ********.

    I am filling the complaint on behalf of my husband as ***. He ordered 1 bottle of the gummies and they automatically set up auto ship without his permission. We called and cancelled November 2024. We returned two packages for a refund and did not receive the refund at the price of $239.99 each. We received another package of gummies and immediately returned them and have not received the refund. I have been calling every month and have been told they would contact the billing department and expedite the refund. I have spoken to at least 3 managers and several of their employees without any resolution. They owe my husband a refund of $719.97. We have a rma number 33246EC10624 and confirmation number for the approved refund BFab7FB98D. This was for only two of the refunds. We have never purchased a product from a dishonest company as Harmony Glow.

    Tried to return and get refund for Harmony Wave CBD Gummies, 300 MG 30 count bottles. Never sent me return info. Today received a other 4 bottles which were not approved or ordered. ***************.

    I placed an order with this company for *********** and a month later was billed again by them .. when I called the number they gave on my credit card bill to dispute the charge i only got a recording trying to sell a medic alert button and there was no customer service available! The company listed on the credit card bill had nothing to do with the Bliss Harmony CBD i purchased!I finally realized this whole thing is a scam to sign you up for automatic monthly charges of $189.99. I am now disputing this through my credit card company. I want others to know not to buy any products from them ! They are not an ethical business! Shady and Scammy!
