    I ordered the gummies on May 11th to which I subscribed to 3 bottles for $46. I then get a notice from my bank by email asking if I authorized the sale of $239.99. I immediately called my bank to request a dispute. They told me to call and cancel the order and would research the transaction. I called immediately spoke to a sales rep who said she cancelled the order and gave me the confirmation number as stated below but added the "C" for cancellation. Well, days later i received the gummies (still sitting on my desk in their original packaging). I called back told them I received after cancelling they said there was a power outage which caused them to go out. I told them I placed a dispute at my bank and they requested I cancel the dispute and they would refund me. (big mistake on my part) Now it's 30 days later - I'm back and forth with them in emails and as of yesterday they ask that I go to my bank and with the rep on phone acknowledge there is no longer a dispute. Keep in mind the bank told me they have their money but we tried anyway. The rep now explained to me that it's been over 30 days and I could no longer get a refund. I told her but I should have never received them as I cancelled the order. She told me I cancelled the membership (I didn't request a membership)This company is nothing but a scam. They are not offering to do anything more for me. Please see attached - documentation. Correspondence from bank and emails to and from company. Thank you

    Ordered Harmony Waves CBD Gumies online. It said the price would be $******** credit card was charted $239.88 + $59.99.I have notified the credit card company that the charge is incorrect. A scam.Please cancel my order and refund my payment.

    On 5/25/25, I ordered the buy 3 get 3 free CBD gummies. I pushed complete order without it showing me a total. They charged me ****** which is ***** each. They charged for all 6 when 3 were supposed to be free. I've read all the complaints on here and feel that this company needs to be stopped. How do we go about that? Class action suit?

    i thought i was buying a bottle to try it and they wronfully put me on a subscription. i want it cancelled asap. the product doesnt work and this whole thisng is a scam.

    Jan. 11, 2025, (transaction date) there was an unrecognized charge of $239.99 on my credit card bill. I called the number for "PRO-ACV" ************ within a couple of days of receiving the bill. The product was Harmony Glow, a previous product that had been ordered online, received and paid for months prior to the ******* billing. The ******* shipment was Not reordered or authorized, and when I asked them to cancel the shipment, I was told it was too late because it had already been sent. I was told to return the package to get a refund. The items were returned to them and received at their warehouse as confirmed by the (provided) **** tracking number on Feb.10, 2025. I called again on March 20. My telephone number was taken by their ***** ****, but nothing has been done as of March 31, 2025. I need this money to be refunded asap.

    We ordered the product. Were not happy with it returned it for refund within the time allotted and are still waiting for a refund. The product was received back to company in December. They just keep lying saying our claim has been elevated to billing department and we should receive a call back from them in the next ***** hours. They are crooks and need to be stopped!

    On Dec 29, 2024, I ordered HarmonyFlow CBD gummies, after reading an ad, that claimed their company was backed on Shark Tank. By the time I got to the final stage of the order process I realized this must be a scam so I did not complete the final step in the process. Immediately [Sunday Dec 29, 2024] I followed up to confirm I did not go thru with the purchase. On January 1, I received an email from company customer service confirming order had been canceled. Funds had already been taken from my **** account on Dec 29, 2024. Then after several emails being exchanged between myself and the company who tried to avoid refund they confirmed on Jan ********************************************************************************************************************************* 3-5 business days. Monday will be one month and several emails back in fourth saying they will search for me however no refund received to date.This company, on my **** statement says: MED-OPTIX SanJose NM were paid the funds. If it will do any good I have copies of all correspondence related to this matter which will confirm my case.
