I purchased a 2023 ******** **** GLA 250 from Mercedes-Benz of Tampa on Sep. 15, 2023, with promises that have yet to be fulfilled. During the purchase, dealer *********************************** assured me I'd receive my second car key by mail within a week. I was also told that my car title, registration, and plates would arrive before my temporary registration expired.One month later, on Oct. 10th, just three days before my temporary registration was set to expire, I contacted ***** again to confirm the arrival of my official documents. He assured me they would arrive on time, but they did not arrive as promised by Oct. 13th. *****'s response changed, claiming the documents were mailed in September, raising doubts about the dealership's transparency and professionalism.When I contacted the sales manager, ****, on Oct. 13th, he claimed they used overnight shipping for such documents, further adding to the inconsistency in their statements.Additionally, I inquired about my second car key, which was supposed to be included with my purchase. *****'s response was that the keys were backordered for months, a fact not disclosed during the initial purchase. Given that I bought a certified preowned vehicle, I expected the keys to be available upon delivery. The dealership failed to provide any evidence or timeline for key delivery, even though the bill of sale indicated a charge for documents that should have included a second key.In conclusion, the dealership's inconsistency in statements, unmet promises, and lack of transparency regarding essential processes have left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my purchase experience.
