I purchased my used vehicle in the end of May 2022. I was not given a carfax and it turns out it was in a n accident that caused the trunk to not close properly, the exhaust to shift from not being repaired properly, which has already caused my bumper to melt. The exhaust shakes and it leaks inside the car when it rains hard. Unfortunately a test drive doesnt always give away the prior problems. I too it back the third week after i purchased it and was told by management the dalesman should of disclosed these problems. Management told my son when we came back that he shouls og been there with me to look over the car when i thought as a single female I should of been able to trust a supposedly reputable dealership not to lie about anything they knew was wrong with the vehicle. Also my tail lights went out after the first month. Was told it was something electrical. ***** was an extendef warranty of ******* dollars added in that i was not asked if i wanted. When i went to use my extended warranty nothing i needed done was covered. No response everytime i was there and no one wants to say who the person in charge is. My car has had issues since i owned it and i am stuck in my payment at this time. I feel they just manipulate to get you to sign the papers. Im still considering getting an attorney. The customer purchased a certified vehicle that had a 132 point inspection that is reviewed by ******************* The customer took the vehicle to another dealership that stated brakes were not up to par and needed to be replaced i completely understand the customers concern, the r/o was reviewed by upper managment and found to be within the guidelines of certification. it is our conclusion that the other dealer service advisor is trying to make money from this issue or the vehicle was driven in a manner that caused wear & tear on the brakes. We try very hard to help every customer inside our guidelines even certifying every car we sell, a wear and tear item would not be covered under our **** warranty.Customer Answer

The problem is that there response has nothing to do with my sunroof that doesnt work from the time I purchased vehicle It was brought to there attention I was ignored further investigation I found they removed the fuses in truck to keep anyone from using it So as far as there 130 pt inspection isnt true I brought this up after purchase they then told me it would be to expensive to fix and quoted me **** dollars now this is a wk after sale Diring sale of vehicle I asked to see if everything worked and was shifted to sales table As far as brakes that had nothing to do with the situation I brought my truck in to get the clock sprung interface module to be fixed I waited 4hrs and then was told they didnt have the part and I needed brakes So I had brakes done somewhere else No big deal My problem isnt with the brakes Its my sunroof that has never worked from day one They are well aware of this I have emails and texts from them and a copy of what they did before it was put on lot for sale that I acquired later from service advisor The day I took it in for service has nothing to do with problem It was taco day there and my truck was neglected at service appointment and I waited 4 hrs thats my only problem then So dont shift the issueCustomer Answer

Bought a f250 from them for almost **************************************************************************** it cost over 7000 to fix and if I wanted it fixed thats what it would cost Sorry about that When I purchased it I told the sales person I wanted to see how it worked told me my paperwork was ready and he would get with me afterwards Called many times talked with them no luck Terrible customer service Not a honest dealership my parents and friends have went to ******* **** and are extremely happy with them. I drove my car from Pasco county took me 30 minutes no problem, dropped car off 3/11/2023. My car was purchased there in 2014, I wanted to check the recall codes and the transmission.The price they quoted me was over $8,000 new and used transmission $5,300, I decided it would be best to sell the car as is and purchase a new car. I picked up the car Saturday 3/17/2023, *********************************, refused to provide me with the codes of the car, the mechanic dropped car to my husband and told him that the clutch of the car was not working. He went a few miles down the road and the car broke down completely, when the car was dropped off it was driving fine and I expected the car to be in the same drivable way. It cost me $180.00 to tow the car back home, this car was drivable, it is a coincidence that it would break down and no one wants to be responsible. When I came back to the shop to find out an answer, I was told by ****** that the car would be break down, the back worker new about she said they should not have told me anything that she would speak to his manager about this. **** does have a recall on the **** Forcus Transmission it's all over the internet, they don't want to take responsibility for the car, I want a copy of the codes, when my husband dropped off the car he signed different paper than the ones give when he picked up the car they refused to give him the original papers.Business Response

On 02-10-2023 *************************************** her 2015 jeep renegade in for check engine light concern . We supplied the customer with a goodwill rental .we performed electronic engine control system diagnosis, pin point test. road test under all conditions and were unable to verify any concern. I first started calling the dealership on January 9th trying to get the original contract for my vehicle I bought last year because I needed it for my taxes. I realized they had never given me the original and I only received the quote on the deal my mother negotiated which I signed in person. They gave me a copy of that. I called five times before I was emailed the contract. (This had different added packages that were not discussed with me or approved.) Purchased New Truck -They claimed the *** Plus package was for a lifetime warranty on it and was mandatory at the time of the purchase and covered everything. I also was charged a predelivery fee of ****. To prepare the new vehicle.At the time of pick up, the financial manager had me sign another contract not going over any additional fees. They charged me 499 for tires and wheels.They also charged me a Maintenance Agreement for ****. Besides these two extra fees, I was charged sales tax on them. The salesman now tells me that it was a two year warranty that cost ****. Why would I pay for a maintenance agreement for two years when my vehicle came with a three year warranty? Why would I have bought a two year warranty when we were told my vehicle came with a lifetime warranty because of their mandatory *** Plus Package and because **** gives a 3 year warranty? At the time of the sale, they bragged how they were the only dealership that offered this. When I was texting with my salesman asking about the *** plus package he told me that was required for reconditioning used vehicles. My mother also called the dealership and they said that was for the reconditioning of the vehicle. She told the man that it was a new vehicle and then he got an attitude and started giving another reason why we were charged and refused to put her through to a manager.I want a refund on the *** package and the Maintenance agreement. I also want to know what the tire charge of 499 is that was not on the original agreement.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:This response form the dealership is not acceptable. I did not buy a used car warranty (service contract) for a new car, **** plus tax on it. I also was informed at the time of purchase that the *** was a mandatory charge that included a lifetime warranty on my vehicle and it was something that could not be removed from the sale agreement., ****.
When I contacted the dealer and left a message for the manager numerous times, I did not get a phone call back. When I communicated with ***********, he claimed that **** was for a used car. When my mother called the dealership, they told her the same thing. How do you charge a used car warranty on a brand new vehicle?I want in writing to the BBB what their service contract is for and what the *** is for. The **** was added into this contract without my authorization, and the ****. "lifetime warranty as long as I owned it," I want that in writing what it includes.

I am rejecting this response because they are not giving me a full refund for something I never purchased. They charged me for a two year warranty on a brand new vehicle that comes with a 36 month warranty. Instead of providing me a full refund, they said they would pro-rate it. There is nothing to pro-rate because I am still under the mileage on my 3 year warranty. They also have told us so many times that the *** plan they also charged me was reconditioning of used cars. We bought a brand new vehicle. *********, from **************************, called me and was condescending, rude and kept interrupting us. The Finance manager who originally wrote the contract was fired. We were told this multiple times. Was he fired because he scammed other customers? Buyers Beware.

I bought a used truck from Bill Currie Ford in July 2021. It took me getting a friend to go up to Bill Currie Ford to insist they give me a copy of the paperwork I signed for the truck, and this STILL took me approximately 3-4 weeks to get the copies. They did NOT give me copies when I walked out with the truck. I had issues with the a/c within the first couple weeks and it took me, my mom and my friend calling to get the truck into the shop to get the a/c fixed. The bigger problem was me trying to get the truck back OR even getting a hold of someone on the phone. No one wanted to talk to any of us about the truck. We could not get ANYONE from service **** so we ended up calling another manager and was still passed around to many different voicemails. Now the problem with these voicemails is they are "dead" voicemails because NO ONE calls you back, NOT EVEN MANAGERS!!!! We finally got the truck back partially fixed but wasn't taking it back to them to keep again!Now here we are a year and a half later and I have an issue with a head gasket, so I have called Bill Currie ****************** asking who I call about my warranty. They first told us that part was not covered. Well it is covered under the powertrain warranty. However, NO ONE, the warranty company, the bank I'm making my payments to have me or my mom(co signer) on the warranty. They show I am paying for this warranty, but it seems it does not exist. So they charged me, but did not, and AGAIN can't get anyone to answer my calls about what I need to do and my truck is getting worse!! We are looking for any help you can give. The amount for the warranty BEFORE the interest I am paying was $1050, however since it is in my truck payment, I am obviously paying more for that. On November 11, 2022, I took my vehicle in for a trade in quote and found out how I was deceived by Bill Currie Ford, Inc. I learned that the vehicle *** # ***************** Bill Currie Sold me had prior damage on 90% of the vehicle and that Bill Currie Ford inspected the vehicle before it was sold to me. When I went to see and buy the vehicle, I asked the Sales rep if the car had any previous damage. It was a bit strange that there was a stripe only on the hood of the car when usually there is a stripe on the hood, roof and trunk of the vehicle. The Sales rep told me the car had no previous damage and the stripe was put on the hood by the previous Owner and that it was the prvious owner's taste. According to ******* Law Statute 501.976(5), those actions are deceitful and against the law with a 4 year statute of limitations. I spoke with *****, Sales Manager and Bill Currie Ford on 11/25/22 and was told he could not find any records, without even getting the *** number of the vehicle from me. ******************* did purchase a 2017 **** Mustang from Bill Currie Ford on may 5th 2021. We are disappointed the customer feels that the sales experience was deceptive and we do everything possible to maintain our Presidents award winning customer service. **** Motor Company & Credit requires the use of their vehicle history report through Experian credit service. I have attached the history report the sales team used during ****'s purchase that shows the vehicle had zero accidents at time of sale. Bill Currie Ford does not use a 3rd party vehicle history report like Carfax due to the unproven reliability of the information. The information the customer provided shows the vehicle was in an accident before and after the purchase. It appears another dealership provided the customer with the Carfax (***********) during a transaction to trade the vehicle or to sell the vehicle. Since the Title & the vehicle history were clean at time of delivery with no odometer discrepancy the Dealership has followed all ******* laws.

I am rejecting this response because:1. The damage on the vehicle was reported to CarFax on 2/17/21, prior to me purchasing the vehicle and prior to Bill Currie Ford taking ownership of the vehicle on 5/11/21.2. CarFax shows that on 5/11/21, Bill Currie Ford reported that their dealership did a Pre-Delivery inspection on the vehicle. The Bill Currie Ford dealership is a professional dealership and capable of identifying accident damage, especially damage that occured on every side of the vehicle, regardless of whether or not ther use CarFax for information.3. Bill Currie Ford is still not being truthful. The dealership knew about the damage because it was the Bill Currie ******** Center that performed the repairs on the vehicle, which was then sold to me under false pretense. I specifically asked the salesperson if this vehicle had ever been in an accident and the answer was: NO. This constitutes intentional fraud.

I purchased a 2020 f-150 4x4 brand new from Bill Currie in 2020. I cant help but say every service appointment from day one has been a nightmare. I now have a few engine issues so I attempt to make an appointment to get it into the shop and get a rental car in the wait time but *********************** cant approve a rental until the truck is diagnosed. Which is fine I can wait but thats not okay with them. My truck has to wait in the queue in line to go into the shop to be diagnosed for repairs which is a week out wait time.They want me to go without a vehicle so my truck can wait in a queue without getting me a rental car until my truck is diagnosed for repairs and approved from ***** I purchased the premium car coverage plan for $2940.35 and havent got one chance to get any repairs done because the service department doesnt help with a rental in agreement to my plan. I have my oil changed on 10/02/2022 while I attempt to get a rental car and other repairs done which was unsuccessful I go home after the oil changed. I now notice a puddle underneath my truck so I inspect and it is indeed a puddle of oil. My truck is currently sitting in my driveway in a puddle of oil because the service department can not tighten a drain plug the correct way sending customers on their way. I have many pictures and videos as well as oil splattered all down the underneath of my truck because I didnt notice it leaking. Highly upsetting on a 2020 f-150 with only 51,*** miles. I attempt to keep my truck in the best running shape but at this point its not up to me.Business Response
