I purchased Quantvue's ATS 2.0 automated trading program in May 2026 for $5,500 cash. After joining, I learned that an additional monthly automation fee was required. I was also asked to sign an agreement stating that refunds would not be REMOVEDdecision to purchase was influenced by Quantvue's website, which stated, "Humans REMOVEDat trading. AI-driven automation doesn't" and "QuantVue is the world's leading provider of automated & manual trading systems for retail futures traders." My experience did not align with those claims. In addition, their marketing webinars presented historical backtesting results. Based on the information available at the time, I expected the system to have a much stronger live performance record than it ultimately did. At a minimum, I expected it to be profitable. When ATS 2.0 went live, I traded three micros on a $17,000 futures account. The first week was approximately breakeven, followed by significant losses. During this period, REMOVEDadvised users to move their accounts to simulation while adjustments were being made. Later, he announced that the system would be substantially revised and returned to the QueZeus base REMOVEDaccount declined by approximately 20% within a week of automated trading. To preserve the remaining capital, I disabled the REMOVEDexperience did not match my expectations based on the marketing materials. Additionally, I did not pay $5500 to be put on a simulation account as was advised when the auto-trader began taking large, consistent losses. I believe the company materially misrepresented the product they were offering and I should be refunded my $5500 subscription.

I am rejecting this response because:In their reply, this business chose not to address the significant quantity or quality of misrepresentations they made and continue to make in their marketing material about their auto trading program. Moreover their response suggests that they believe that a business can conduct itself in any way it chooses, irrespective of any legal or ethical obligations to the public to advertise their products in an honest and transparent way. They assure themselves that, by having their subscribers sign a document saying there would be no refunds, no matter what, that they dont have have to be concerned about any push-back for selling a product that doesnt even exist.
Lets begin with their REMOVEDlisting and website which states The #1 automated trading system for retail futures traders." Who designated them #1? And #1 for what? From my own experience they are likely #1 for being the most expensive seller of proprietary trading indicators, charging ten-fold the amount a similar company, for example REMOVEDcharges for such software. And they are also likely #1 for also charging ten-fold for supposedly offering an auto trade program. A successful auto trade platform such as TradingExtremes literally charges 1/10 the price of their very successful algo bot -Maya as Quantvue.
The most egregious misrepresentations however occurred in the many marketing webinars they conducted leading up to their release of a program they called REMOVED2.0 Before this release Quantvue did not have any single in-house auto trading platform. They offered a selection of trading indicators that could be programmed by the subscribing traders with each one receiving different levels of profitability based on the trading platform, such as Tradingview or Ninja Trader, as well as the time frame used and the indicator settings chosen. But there was no uniform auto trade program offered by the company; each subscriber was on their own to chose among a variety of indicators, program them, and take responsibility for their wins and losses.
The marketing build up to the advent of REMOVED2.0 suggested that by bringing the trading platform in-house, standardizing the settings and utilizing machine learning, the level of profitability would be almost unheard of. For example in almost every one of their webinars, REMOVEDshowed his back tests achieving a REMOVEDratio of over 5. Here is what ChatGPT says about a REMOVEDRatio over 5:
A REMOVEDratio of 5 or more is extraordinarily high.
As a rough guide:
REMOVEDRatio Interpretation
< 1 Weak to moderate
12 Good
23 Very good
34 Excellent
4+ Exceptional and uncommon
5+ Extremely rare; warrants scrutiny
In practice:
Most professional hedge funds are happy to sustain a REMOVEDabove 1.52.
A long-term REMOVEDabove 3 is considered elite.
A verified REMOVEDabove 5 over many years is almost unheard of outside of certain market-making, high-frequency, or statistical arbitrage strategies.
Honestly I did have some doubts about the very bold claims that were being put forth in their marketing webinars. However there was absolutely no balance to this extremely rosy picture, warning about risk vs reward and the fact that the program was experimental and large losses were possible. So I fell for the hype and after the program opened I began trading on a live account.
The losses came swiftly and substantially and I lost 20% of my account within a week before I shut it down.
The real deception here, however, lay in the fact that Quantvue has never had a successful or profitable trading bot under their roof with defined settings, stated risk/reward, transparent strategy and with the release of REMOVED2.0.things only got worse. When the losses began to pile up among subscribers, REMOVED, changed his tone completely and began telling people to put the new bot on a demo, rather than live trading account. Things got so bad that he announced that he was giving up on the original architecture of the bot and returning to the basic programming of another bot that had shown intermittent success.
After joining REMOVED2.0, I had phone calls with 2 of their representatives and each one advised me that if I wanted to participate in REMOVED2.0 I should be using a demo account. AND this is really the crux of my complaint with Quantvue. I did not pay $5500 for an auto trade demo account. I paid that hard earned money to be put on a profitable live cash account. When talking to one of Quantvues representatives I was told Personally,I have not run any of the REMOVED2.0 strategies live for several months.
I would not be delivering this complaint if someone from Quantvue had told me that, despite the advertising and marketing webinars, that there did not presently exist a proven auto trade program. So I go back to my original point, I was simply sold something that didnt exist. Was this a fraudulent transaction? I certainly believe so. And it is so obvious to me now how essential it is for Quantvue to require new subscribers to sign a document acknowledging that they do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
Finally I would like Quantvue to recognize that I am not asking them to refund the thousands of dollars I lost from their auto trade program or the hundreds of dollars wasted in their monthly fees, or to compensate me for the many hours invested in trying to get them to refund my $, Im simply asking for a return of the $5500 I paid to get into their program.Sincerely, REMOVED

I am rejecting this response because:Once again, this business does not address the misrepresentations they made in their marketing materials. Their only response is to point to a document I signed. And again, they continue to believe that they can market their product in any way they want, even though that marketing contains a highly inaccurate picture of what they are selling. The fact remains, I bought a product that doesn't exist.
And now they are threatening legal action and perhaps the best way to settle this is through the courts, or through the REMOVEDor with Tampa Tech.
Before then, I would challenge them to take up each of my points here, in this forum, and show me where I have been misleading.
This business seems to have no experience in how to deal with dissatisfied customers other than threaten legal action. And they have no idea how much self inflicted damage results when they operate their business this way.
Sincerely,

Complaint Regarding Quantvue ATS I am filing a complaint about Quantvue ATS due to concerns about cost, performance, and support. The service was advertised as delivering very high performance, but in real use it has not been practical or reliable in line with those claims.I paid $6,250 upfront and was also required to purchase a VPS costing over $120 just to run the software. In addition, I am charged over $350 per month for maintenance and data, making the total cost much higher than expected.I also reached out due to financial hardship in my family to request a refund or adjustment. My concerns were not meaningfully addressed, and the response I received felt dismissive and unhelpful.Overall, the combination of high costs, additional required services, and performance not matching expectations has made this a poor experience. I am requesting a formal review and consideration of a refund or other resolution.

Complaint Summary: Breach of contract, misrepresentation of services, and refusal to issue refund following nonperformance. Complaint Details: I am filing this complaint due to the companys material misrepresentation of its services, failure to perform within the agreed timeframe, and improper refusal to issue a refund despite clear nonperformance. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly assured that the buildout process would be completed within 2448 hours after payment was received. This representation was a material term of the agreement and directly influenced my decision to proceed with the transaction. Two weeks have now passed, and the processor remains incomplete. This delay is excessive and constitutes a material breach of contract, as the company has failed to deliver the service within the promised timeframe or within any reasonable period. When I contacted the company to address this issue and requested a refund, I was redirected to their internal refund policy and subsequently told that my situation does not meet their refund criteria. This response is legally insufficient. A business cannot rely on internal policies to avoid liability for failing to fulfill essential terms of an agreement. The failure to deliver services as represented renders the transaction fundamentally deficient and voidable. The companys conduct raises serious concerns, including: Material misrepresentation at the point of sale Breach of contract due to failure to perform within the promised timeframe Potential violation of consumer protection laws prohibiting unfair and deceptive business practices Refusal to provide a reasonable remedy despite nonperformance Desired Resolution: I am demanding a full refund of all amounts paid.

This customer signed an agreement for a custom software buildout and private algo access. She signed all agreements and our team has granted algo access, of which she's had for weeks now. Our team has been waiting on her to let us know how to proceed with her buildout. We have spent dozens of manhours building her software, and she is trying to get a refund for free work provided. She signed our refund policy, terms, and product specific refund agreement. We have tried telling her multiple times now she is not eligible for a refund based on the agreement she herself signed. We've attached her Docusign agreements. We will continue to wait until we hear from this customer on how to proceed with her buildout, as it is halfway completed. She refuses to answer.Initial Complaint

I purchased the ATS/QZeus automated trading system from QuantVue after viewing their marketing and following all instructions provided by their team. I used the Tucci layout, default settings, and the risk recommendations that were promoted as suitable for prop firms. On one trading day, the system caused unexpected simultaneous blow-ups across multiple accounts. I lost significant money, including the cost of the ATS/QZeus system and the cost of the trading accounts I purchased. These losses occurred even though I followed all instructions exactly and made no changes to the configuration.I contacted the company, but they stated that this was "a normal losing day" and denied any malfunction or responsibility, even though many users experienced the same issue. They also refused to offer any refund and directed me to a refund policy that did not apply at the time of my purchase.I am requesting a refund due to financial loss, inconsistent performance compared to marketing, and the system failing while using the recommended setup.
