Bell came after me for an accident I had gotten into in a friends vehicle from 10/2021. I was unaware the vehicle I was driving didnt have insurance. In the *************** the owner of the vehicle is responsible. I am not the owner and Ive been getting threatened to have my license suspended if I dont pay the $4000 theyre wanting me to pay. Every representative *** spoken to has been very rude and demanding and very unprofessional. They switched my case worker without notifying me and when I brought up what the old case worker had told me I was told I wish you would stop referring to him he does not work here anymore if I was told something by someone else that worked for that company. I have every right to pass it on considering youre taking money from me. They harass me on the day the payment is due. They dont care about any hardships you have going on. If you pay double your payment for the month they expect you to continue paying the next month. No exceptions. They havent even tried to go for the owner of the vehicle and they havent even sent mail to my address. If they were legit wouldnt they know I live in ****** and not Virginia considering the accident happened in ******? They dont know anything about me other then what my old license showed. The business is poor and shouldve been shut down years ago. I have given them over **** so far. In a span of 3 months. Money I couldve put ten towards more important things then a scam. I attached the original letter sent. The emailed pdf of the contract they wanted me to sign, which I never signed but theyre still after me, and the most recent voicemail they had left me regarding my payment. I can provide the receipts via email since I havent been receiving them. My family in Virginia has been receiving them to their address.

On January 20th ******************************************************** stepped on his brakes real fast and I tapped the back of his bumper we both looked at it nothing was damaged I continue going home. Next thing I knew the individual followed me home and start harassing me. The police was called and things settled down next thing I know I'm getting a letter in the mail stating the vehicle was totaled and I owe $29,353. It was from Bell subrogation. This is an extortion claim and I would like to counter *** them if possible and if you can provide me with the information to proceed because they are threatening and harassing me continuously. Threatening me to where I would have my driver's license suspended. I have pictures and I have asked them to send me the pictures of the vehicle that was totaled but they refuse and told me is none of my business about the pictures just pay the money or else. They need to be held accountable for all the false claims they tried to file

Bell Surrogation Services claims I've been in an accident I wasn't on a car I've never owned. They want me to pay $15,191.41 to State Farm. I already told them I wasn't involved, talked to their agent and everything seemed fine. Now they call again saying I spoke to the wrong person.
