In May, I began receiving letters from the company regarding an accident that was not my fault. The company demanded a $500 down payment to prevent suspension of my license. I explained that I needed more time and could only make smaller payments, but my request was denied. I was told the suspension process would not stop until the $500 was paid. On June 20, the company sent a letter to the state requesting suspension of my license.I never received a ticket or a copy of the police report to validate the claim. Despite this, the state informed me that I was required to carry ***22 insurance less than 45 days after receiving the first notice. Expecting $500 within such a short timeframe is unreasonable, especially given the total claim of $2,900 for nothing more than a scratch on a bumper, with no dents to the vehicle.Even after I paid the $500, my license remained suspended. I was then informed that my representative was out of town, and I would need to wait over a week for a promissory contract. This is unacceptable. The company demanded money to prevent suspension, rejected a reasonable payment option, and after receiving funds, still failed to provide the documentation necessary to reinstate my license. When I sought assistance, I was told to call the 800 number, but was warned that even then, there was no guarantee I would receive the letter required by the state before the agent returned to the office. This reflects extremely poor business practices and a lack of accountability by those handling these matters.Initial Complaint

I don't know what this is? They keep calling "on behalf of **********." I don't have State Farm and never have had them either. I am overwhelmed by this people. I block their number and they call me again from another number. This is making me very nervous. I am an elderly person who still works to provide a living. Please help me stop them!!! This company has started calling my teenage niece in regards to a vehicle accident that happened over a year ago. The other car intimidated my niece (shes under 18) from calling police, didnt provide their insurance info after my niece did, the left the scene of the accident. Nothing was ever field with our insurance company and there was never a statement of the incident taken by insurance (on either side). We have been harassed by several companies in regards to this over the past year. Bell company is now harassing my niece on this and saying if she doesnt pay could result in loss of driving privileges (we know this aint true). She has told them to stop calling due to the above information yet they continue to harass her. This company is out of line. Would like them held accountable for their harassing techniquesInitial Complaint

On April 4, 2025, My daughter ***** was involved in a car accident. The other driver, was driving recklessly . She changed a lane without looking and collided with the front of ***** vehicle as ***** was driving strait in her lane. The accident caused the serious damage ( total lost) to *****'s car. The case was resolved between me and *****. Despite this, I received a collection letter from Bell Subrogation Services in July 2025, demanding over $6000 in damages, which appears to be a gross exaggeration. .I dispute the alleged amount and liability, and I am filing this complaint in the hope that the BBB can help hold this company accountable and prevent deceptive or harassing practices.Initial Complaint

Bell Subrogation is calling me looking for someone by the name of ****** Zyco stating they are calling on behalf of ************************. I do not know anyone by the name of ****** Zyco, nor have I been in any auto accident. I have my own car insurance and I am registered in the state of ********. They keep calling me from different numbers. I called state farm and they do not have my phone number on record since 1997. I just got the new number with consumer cellular a few months ago. I tried to call bell subrogation back but no one answers and I only get the option to leave a voicemail.Initial Complaint

On December 22, 2024, I was involved in a low-impact parking lot accident at *******************************************************. The other driver, ***** *******, was driving diagonally and recklessly through a public parking lot while using his cell phone, and collided with the front of my parked vehicle as I was beginning to exit the space slowly. My wife and 2-year-old son were in the vehicle at the time. The accident caused only minor cosmetic damage.Despite this, I received a collection letter from Bell Subrogation Services in March 2025, demanding over $5,100 in damages, which appears to be a gross exaggeration. I was never contacted by State Farm (the insurer), never given a chance to submit my own account or evidence, and have never seen a police report or any statement from an independent ********** April 2025, I exercised my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and requested an itemized bill, proof of liability, and supporting documentation. I also clearly requested that all communications be made in writing only. However, Bell Subrogation Services has continued to call me multiple times despite this cease-and-desist request, which may constitute a violation of federal law.I dispute the alleged amount and liability, and I am filing this complaint in the hope that the BBB can help hold this company accountable and prevent deceptive or harassing practices. My son required medical care and psychological follow-up after the incident, and this ongoing harassment has added further stress to my family.Initial Complaint

My ex-husband was made responsible for half of this bill in our divorce decree. I contacted bell recovery asking. What information they needed to hold him responsible and to go after him for the remainder of the balance? They told me that this was not something they would do. They would not remove me and I would have to go to the court to hold him responsible and they would not follow the court order
