  So here are my 2 cents. I purchased 23 frameless cabinets. We chose this company because of price and that should have been a red flag for the number of cabinets. One showed up broken, I had to buy a 48" clamp to fix it. The plywood isn't "premium", I had to re-glue all of them and add screws in places they wouldn't be seen. One draw front that isn't square and pantry doors that are different sizes prevents me from ever adjusting them to look right. I spent twice the time doing the installation trying to adjust and get stuff right, and it isnt right, and it ****** me off.I had to purchase another 3" filler that I ripped down to make two 1 1/2" pieces, but I can't use one because it has a knot on the edge and that's what you see. They painted 3 sides of this filler with a knot in it and sent it to me. Where is the quality control???I have drawers that arent soft close, they are no close and need to be pushed closed. These are fine for rental apartments or a house flip. If you are looking at a $60K+ Kitchen remodel, spend the extra money on better cabinets. Thats what we should have done!BTW so you know how wrote this, my father took me to work with him in construction at 14 in the late 70s.

  I solicited several cabinet companies for designs and quotes. Cabinets.com, specifically ***** ********, a kitchen designer with the company was the only one who was expeditious in getting the design to me quickly with quick revisions. Every other company took so long with the first design or revision, I actually thought they just didnt want my business. ***** was very accommodating because the initial measurements from the plans were not the actual measurements once framed out. We had to amend the design several times to account for that as well as change things because I would change my mind. I really wanted to purchase the cabinets before the end of one of their best sales of the year. ***** was super because I made some changes at the last minute but she still got everything to me in time. She was a pleasure to work with. She Responded quickly to all my questions and did a wonderful job on the kitchen design I highly recommend that you request her as your designer. This was my third time purchasing a kitchen from Cabinets.com. A couple of items generally arrive damaged but you just call the company, tell them what was damaged, send some pictures and a replacement is sent very quickly. The customer service has always been excellent. They are very helpful. Cabinets.com has such a large selection of cabinet sizes compared to other companies that it is much easier to customize. But their prices are close to equivalent. So you can basically get a customized kitchen for just slightly more than a non customized one from other companies. It takes the frustration away because they have almost every size you need plus there are options to increase or decrease the depth as well. You dont have to compromise your design.

  Really happy with the company, process and ******** ****** ! We didnt have a ton of money to spend on cabinets but we wanted something that was going to look nice. We also wanted an unusual color. None of this could have happened without ********. She walked me through the process and helped with the design. She was incredibly precise and really knowledgeable. When looking at the appliances we were going to install she noticed that the combo Microwave/convection oven/air fryer was designed to sit on a countertop. Later, after we found an above the stove version she realized that it had a vent built in. So I didnt have to purchase a separate vent. We are still setting everything up so I will write another review with pictures shortly.I highly recommend Cabinets.com without any reservations and anyone would be extremely fortunate if they are able to work with Mrs. ******** ******.

  Upon arrival of the first shipment every cabinet but one was damaged. After 2 additional shipments 2 large (wall oven, tall pantry) cabinets still arriving damaged and a fridge panel. I was promised 35% refund of total order if I stopped filing claims. I was not sent 35% of total order. And when I followed up, was told they never meant total order. I will have more in repairing cabinets than what they sent. They lack quality assurance. An item was damaged prior to being wrapped for shipping, as a large chunk was missing and nowhere to be seen in packaging. And if you attempt to communicate with anyone other than the first ****** that helped you, they wont contact you back. My kitchen construction is so far behind already, now I have to pay more money to have cabinets repaired and painted.

  No, this issue has not been settled. I never received an email back after stating the costs to repair were more than the refund.

  Ordered from this vendor b/c prices weee competitive but you get what you pay for . Loooooong wait times for orders 6-8 weeks I ordered the wrong size for one too and one bottom cabinet and have to wait another 6-8 weeks to get it so all in all lm5 months or more to complete a kitchen project. Not acceptable plus they have very unless web portal that only can only tell you what you ordered it does not give you ship dates etc.i was better off using a local cabinet vendor . a very expensive ****** learned

  Im an Interior Designer - I do the build specification for my clients. I have done several kitchens with Cabinets.com and I cant say enough how happy I have been with the everything. The selection of cabinet styles, colors and range of pieces are exceptional for such a well priced line of cabinetry. My contractors say that the quality rivals cabinets we pay 5x as much for.I love the design software.   We worked with ****** as our designer and it could not have been a better experience. She guided us though the trips and traps our our own design but never imposed her opinion on us. She was friendly and professional through the many changes we made along the way.   I used Cabinets.com to remodel the kitchen in our new house and I had the pleasure to work with ****** *****, she was very professional and helped to design a kitchen that fit my space and that maximized storage. She was quick to respond to my emails and happily made any changes I requested. Cabinets.com quickly sent out a replacement cabinet when one was damaged during delivery at no additional changes. Overall, I am very happy with their product and would use them again in the future.

  Working with ****** ***** to design our new kitchen was an outstanding experience. From the start, she took the time to understand our vision, style, and needs. What truly set ****** apart was her attention to all the small but critical details fillers, moldings, spacing the kinds of things we wouldn't have considered on our own. Her renderings made it easy to see the final design come to life. ****** also provided complete drawings with floor plans and part IDs, and worked through multiple iterations with me until every detail was just right. Thanks to her careful planning, when our installer arrived, he was impressed that everything fit perfectly, with all measurements and parts exactly as needed.Throughout the project, ****** and customer service were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or an issue. We are so satisfied with the quality to price ratio, that when it came time to start remodeling our master and guest baths, ****** was our first call. We cant recommend her highly enough!
