  The cabinets are very well built and have so many attributes that come standard with great color choices. I took advantage of ordering several samples to get a feel for the wood, styles and colors since i could return them for a full refund. I opted for pull out shelves in the base cabinets and they are adjustable up or down, great feature! Since they offer design services I took advantage of that free service and partnered with Sara Chenier who worked on different ideas for layouts. She sent me colored renderings that were so helpful and she pulled the whole order together so all I had to do to purchase was minimal work. Her insight on cabinet balancing of the overall look really helped. The delivery timing was spot on what was promised and they were packaged so well and delivered by local professional movers that ensured nothing arrived damaged. I have had experience with the big box home improvement stores delivering damaged products and that is a pain I am very happy to not have gone through with Cabinets.com!   Had a great experience with Cabinets.com - their online design tool is excellent and really helps get the design going. When you come to order, a designer will go through your design or create a new one. I had ******* as my designer and she was excellent. She validated my design and also added in some parts that I was not aware I needed from doing my own design. Everything was shipped with strong packaging and nothing was missing from the order. Cabinets are of good quality and had no problems with the installation.

  I have been using cabinets.com both personally and professionally for over a year. The online tools are fabulous to visual for myself as a designer but also for my clients. Creating designs is only the start. When their online designer gets involved it is amazing! They check all the designs, ask important questions and get your design finalized to a tee. **** *. Is our designer and she absolutely wonderful. Very responsive via phone or email. She has made some big projects for me go very smoothly! Also *********** has amazing colors and samples available. I work with many cabinet suppliers and keep going back to them because their options are great and quality is amazing for the price.

  I was so nervous to buy my kitchen cabinets online. I did because ******** B, my designer, was amazing. She answered all my questions, made great suggestions and dialed down my anxiety. It was a great experience. I 100% love my cabinets. One cabinet came with an unfortunate ding. I contacted ******** and problem solved....no problem. Don't be afraid of Cabinets.com and ask for ******** *.

  I worked with ******* on a ************* revised our clients wishes many times and quickly! The products arrived as expected & only one was damaged in shipping. **************** quickly handled it & sent us replacements. The lead times are a little long for the bulk order, but when I ordered a few more trim pieces they came in just a few weeks. ******* was professional, friendly, & responsive. Would work with her again when I have the chance!

  Cabinets.com and their best designer, ****** ***** helped me plan out spaces on several different projects. She was the ultimate collaborator in coming up with exactly what I wanted in 3 unique and extensive orders. I cant recall ever having worked with another person that so exceeded expectations and delivered a world-class experience. I wont be going anywhere else in the future.

  Cabinets.com is amazing. Our personal designer for our Company ***************** is so awesome!!! ********* ******* is fast and efficient and gets our drawings back to us in fast time. She is intricate and very informative. The quality of these cabinets are top notch. We order alot of Kitchens from them and they are the best in the country.. I would give them 10 stars!!

  This review is for Brooke A., the designer who helped me a great deal. I had multiple website issues and Brooke made herself available even after hours to help get it straightened out. She sent countless emails and phone calls my way, treated my order as if it were her own. When an error was made in shipping the incorrect size, she was apologetic even though it was not her doing, and she contacted me twice to make sure things were corrected. She honestly provided more helpful customer service than the CS department did! I can’t say enough about how helpful she was!!

  Candice with Cabinets.com was great. Worked on several CAD versions before the final purchase. Delivery was within stated range. Cabinets were good quality. Had 2 small issues with cabinets during shipping, they quickly resolved by expediting new replacement cabinets for those affected. Would recommend for those on a budget as well.
