      Jeffrey and DJ were amazing! They came to pick up a damaged couch and replace it with the new one, and they were STILL in and out in less than 25 mins!! Both of them were so sweet and helpful and I would definitely recommend requesting them if you live in the Orlando area!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I purchased a brand-new couch set from City Furniture expecting high-quality products and professional service. Unfortunately, we have had to replace our couch multiple times due to recurring quality issues. Each time the couch was delivered, it came with visible pressure marks, fabric lines, and, most concerning, glue stains on the surface. These are not minor cosmetic concernsthey impact the appearance, comfort, and integrity of the furniture. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this through City Furnitures customer service, the issues continue. A cleaning technician was sent to our home, but they dismissed our valid concerns and claimed there was nothing wrong, even though we showed clear visual evidence. This has caused us not only financial stress, but emotional frustration, as we trusted this company with a significant investment. My mother paid a considerable amount of money expecting professionalism and quality. Instead, weve experienced disappointment and poor treatment as customers. We are requesting either a full refund, a free upgrade to a higher-quality product with pre-inspection, or a professional re-cleaning and correction by a different technician. We are tired of receiving damaged products and not being taken seriously. If this cannot be resolved directly, we are prepared to escalate this issue publicly and pursue further consumer protection measures. We are asking the BBB to intervene on our behalf so that City Furniture will take accountability and finally provide the service and quality we deserve.

      Do not shop here (or any City Furniture for that matter) and if you insist you are going to, order online, not in the store. They have brought out 2 poor quality dressers now and I have taken 2 days off of work to be home. The "premium delivery" is a joke. The window they gave me was 12-3, at 2:45 I got a message that they would arrive in 10 mins, at 3:45 when they still had not arrived, I called customer service and was told they were not able to get ahold of the drives via call, text, or email so they weren't sure when they would arrive or if they would arrive. At 5, they finally showed up and were in and out in 5 mins (told me to leave the room while they set up and did not give me time to look over the piece or even open a drawer before they left (which I told customer service when the driver handed me the phone to confirm delivery and they told me to take my time because I had 24 hours to check it). What she didn't mention is, once they left, it was really too late to cancel the order and they do not do returns, only exchanges (or a measly $50 store credit) for the damaged item. So I took another day off for them to exchange it, and the next one is STILL not good quality, has paint chips, and makes noise because the drawers are not put together right (the track keeps clicking). So now I get to do an exchange AGAIN and take another day off because they refuse to just come get the awful piece. I will never shop there again.
