3/3/24 I received a call and they have my social and bank information. I realize it was a scam and I hung the phone up. The company called me back several times after and I did not answer.Business Response

After further investigation it seems like the client filled out a form for a free consultation on 03/04/2024. They then were chatting with one of our agents and asked for a call right away. Our agent called the client that same day and the line dropped, therefore our agent sent out a text and put a follow-up for the next day. The following day our agent did follow up due to the fact that in the previous call the client said they were interested which is why we have some of his personal information. This information is needed in order to enroll in any program. At no time did the client ask for us to stop all communication. In regards to the claim that we are a scam we do understand that is hard these days however the client could go on any review site ( ******* Trustpilot etc) and see the thousands of positive reviews from all the people we have helped. In the meantime we have placed the client on our *** list therefore they will not receive any further communication from us. In the future we would recommend that instead of hanging up during enrollment to just let the agent know that you are no longer interested and to place you on the *** list.Initial Complaint

Received 2 calls from this business from 2 different numbers. One of the calls left a voicemail about an application that I never completed, nor reached out to anyone about debts. I dont want any further phone calls or contact from this business. Im concerned that they are claiming an application was filed with them when it wasnt. I want whatever application they claim to have destroyed and never contacted by them again.Business Response

I checked out the website and filled out a questionnaire hoping to get some ideas, not be contacted multiple times a day. I went and looked on the website, there is no unsubscribe or ability to change contact preferences.Business Response

After a complete investigation it does look like the client filled out our online form. In order to do so the client clicked on " Get your free consultation" or "apply now". Both of these lead to use contacting the client in order to set up the free consultation. On our website the is all the information needed to unsubscribe under "policies" or you can always tell the agent that calls you to place your information on the *** list. I keep getting repeated calls from "*****" from Turbo Debt referring to non-existent business with them. Sometimes they leave multiple voicemails per day. I have no business relationship with this company and want them to stop harassing me. This is probably a scam and I don't know if Turbo Debt is even a legitimate business. If it is, they need to stop employing shady business practices. I want them to stop contacting me in any form. Hopefully, they can be fined for harassing people.Business Response

Date: February 09th. **** After I have read the reviews and customers feedback and the consumer write comments about this company Im shocked and speechless how can the business bureau allow this company they running this scam to people thats outrageous and deplorable and thanks God that I didnt sign up with them hallelujah??They keep calling me nonstop and I hang up on them left and right this company they are very desperate looking for clients to scam &lies about what they really doing not be honest to the consumer!!
