    I made a one time purchase and they signed me up for a monthly subscription. I have emailed numerous times and I get an automated response trying to give me a discount. NO! I want to cancel. My last package I refused and the mailman took it with him. I still got charged on my amex on 7/25/25 $56.74. Every time I call that phone number, it is either a fast busy signal or the recording that my call can't be completed. I just want someone to return my call, cancel my account and quit charging me for product that I refused at the mailbox. And DO NOT send me any more product!!

    On May 17 2025, I ordered the 3x3 gummies from this company. They shipped it but there was an issue with the address and it was returned to sender so I emailed the compnay requesting to provide a new address and have the item reshipped, which the owner confirmed she would do. They never shipped them nor changed the address and the product never arrived. They proceeded to charge me two more times, and order confirmation shows no tracking information, as they never even attemped to ship the items. I have now contacted the company over 20 times to resolve these issues, and they simply reply with AI auto messages suggesting that I am "in good hands" and that they will take care of it, but dont, and just continue to send the same kind of emails.

    Hello, Im reaching out to you about a company called Nuora. I have canceled my subscription with them on June 5, 2025. I followed their instructions to cancel by emailing them. I get a notification from them saying that the product is on its way and they charged my credit card. On their website, it says that we can cancel the subscription at any time before the next billing cycle without penalty.-Cancellations must be submitted through your account settings on our website or by contacting our customer support team at ******************************** -Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be applied.These rules are ignored and now Im also getting notification in the email saying that yet another product is on my way for July. I need to call my credit card company to file a formal complaint against them. Im filing a complaint against them via BBB as well since they dont take No for an answer and keeps emailing me back stating that they are a small business of 4, were extending the refund offer to 40%, and theres no need to return the item. I just want to cancel and I do not wish to get charged nor get sent their product. Its not working for me and they need to just take No for the first time. I am attaching my email transactions with them.

    I have tried repeatedly to cancel the transaction with this company ( I ordered ONE shipment and have received three and just got emails that 2 more are "On the way") They are just sending and charging me for things I did not order. First cancel attempt was 6/10/25

    I placed an order on May 9th. A shipping label was created on May 11th. There has been no progress on the shipping, the tracking says label created, awaiting item. I have reached out to this company twice and only receive generic responses that include the tracking information, which has no update.Their website states:Lost Packages - Packages are considered lost if tracking shows no updates for 20 days - Contact ***************************** to process a replacement for lost packages - Claims must be filed within 30 days of estimated delivery dateI have contacted them twice and a replacement was not shipped. I would like a refund since they have not filled my order and seem to not be honoring the statement about a replacement being shipped after 20 days of no activity.     The product has not arrived and its been almost 2 months since it was ordered. There are countless other reviews saying that they never send the products or if they do finally arrive all the ingredient information is false.

    I placed my order on Sun, Feb 23, 2025, at 9:18AM PST. My order total was $74.00 USD. On March 18, 2025 I got a notification it was out for delivery but had no other relevant information. The shipping update are very misguiding. After a couple days of it still saying "Out for delivery" with no updates to the tracking, I reached out to the company to ask about my order via the website which is the only way to get ahold of them. I reached out on March 29, 2025 and got an auto generated respond immediately saying they would respond within 24 hours. On April 1, 2025, I still had not received a response so I sent another message to inquire about my order. I received a response on April 6, 2025 stating they would look into it, and keep an eye on the tracking number of next few days. I then received another response on April 7, 2025 stating they are a small team of 4 and trying to be better everyday. I still have not received product and have not received any real shipping updates, so I have reached out to them again on April 30, 2025 to ask for a refund but I am not hopeful for a response.I have attached pictures with the conversations I had with the company and all the shipping updates I had. The one update looks like its loading and that is how I got the update. I have also attached pictures of my email to show I am still getting emails from them at least once a week to show there is still activity within their company.I have listed the order and tracking numbers for the 2nd order they placed after they first time they response.     I ordered from this company and was given a fake tracking number which will tell your package was delivered several months after ordering. I contacted the company and they sent me a new tracking number which also was fake.

    On feb 24 I placed an order with his company. The total cost was *****..after waiting several months to get my package and reaching out to this comp with no response, I reached out to the post office who let me know the assigned me and another person the same tracking number and that a package for me was never sent.

    Order was placed on February 25, 2025. Business is located in ******* but package shipped from *****. The company claims that the package was being handled by ****. **** does not have record of the supposed tracking number. The tracking number can only be tracked on the companys website. Says it was delivered on March 19th. No package arrived. I tried emailing the company. I got a reply stating my package was delivered and to reply with hi if the email didnt help me. I replied the way I was instructed to. Since then, I have emailed many times with no answers to any. I have called the phone number listed on their website. It just rings and doesnt sound like a business line. Extremely unprofessional. No where on the website or order confirmation email is there a place to contact in case of a problem with your order. I feel like I have been scammed and that this company may be a fake one. At this point, I would like a refund. I dont even want the vitamins anymore. It seems as though they are charging people with no way of contacting the business afterwards and no legitimate packages shipping.
