    Since they dont have it listed and after weeks of getting offers to stay subscribed I finally had them send a link to login page (it is not on their website) ************************************************** Just in case the link is stripped out of this review you can add /a/account/login to the end of their url.

    If I could give this "company" zero stars I would, they're a total scam. I ordered my products back on the 8th of this month, and they sent a pre shipping label to the **** warehouse in ********* **********, that they were to receive a package. That was on 13th, almost a week after I placed my order on the 8th, nothing has been shipped to ANY facility. I contacted the **** warehouse in ********************, and this is what they told me, so I contacted this "company" and basically told them they needed to refund my money back or I was going to report them. They replied back later that day stating, there was a hold up on getting my product shipped out, but that the owner would personally keep a close eye on my product herself. Then I received a notification today, that there is a delay with the **** warehouse on getting my product delivered but fear not we're still keeping an eye on it for you. Yea, right they're never going to refund me or anyone else's money they're nothing but scam artists, and I pray no one else purchases anything from them. They're praying on women, promising them better health only to steal their money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    ******** customer service. Product comes from overseas - takes forever to arrive - and then arrives re-wrapped in a plastic bag and taped up like a bundle of drugs. The return mailing address is only identified as from *** with the address leading to a warehouse. Nothing at all saying its from Nuora. Tried multiple times calling business number with no success. I have emails back and forth with the company but they would wait days to respond - not 24 hours like they say. They carried it out to waste up a 30 day window to even be eligible for a return then say they dont take back nutritional products however their website says SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Very disappointing and feel its a total scam. Still havent opened the package. Horrible service!!!! Buyer beware!!!!

    I had the same experience as others here. Ordered product on 3/2/25 and as of 5/1/25 have received nothing. Emailed the company numerous times after no activity in the tracking and after several emails back and forth with no resolution I told them I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and report them to the BBB. One day later tracking started all over like it was just being processed. Here I am after 2 months of waiting, and the tracking has had no movement again in the past 2 weeks. Last update in tracking was 4/24/25 and again says the delivery company is processing it. I'm done waiting. This is clearly a scam company.

    ***! I wish I come here first before I placed an order with this scamming company. I saw there advertisements on ******** and I noticed these probiotic gummies was popping up everywhere on FB. But I noticed it was different companies offering the same products. I researched and read all the wonderful reviews for this ************* specifically...****** ,,"the owner" was so sincere ranting and raving of their small company that was all about customer ***************** .based in the **. No Way! Bought this product on Feb,1 2025 due to the amazing reviews on their website. Weeks go by over a month and I still have no product. Tracking shows items stuck or lost. I reach out CS and initially was happy with the quick response. I was offered a partial refund for the inconvenience of the delayed package or new reshipment. I opted for partial refund and just hold out for the order arrive. Total order around $67 They refunded me $20 then a couple days letter I get an email my order was delivered to my mail box. (No it was not) I took off work to go the post office and they could not help me. The tracking # was for Chinese courier that they are not familiar with. (Had I known this was shipping from ***** I would have never purchased. )I reached back out to ****** and of course no response no help what so ever. I've email 4 separate times and absolutely no response back!. No merchandise and over half of the purchase price is still owed to me! Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Its such a shame.. it's so hard to tell where these companies are truly operating from they say US however it's being shipped from *****, their adds are so misleading and where are they getting these positive reviews?? I did submit a bad review on fb., but it was taken down . Only the good positive reviews remain. That's awful!

    They are a scam. They claim they were working on getting me a new package since mine never came after a month. They arent transparent with where the product is made and claim theyre a 4 person start up business. The tracking doesnt say where the initial starting point is but does say it goes through customs in *******. Which my package has apparently been sitting in for over a month. Do not buy from here. $117 down the drain but I will be disputing.

    TOTAL SCAM!!!! I ordered the product on 3/2, its been over a month and never received it!!! Dont buy from this company no one answers the phone or emails tracking stopped on 3/10. No updates since then!

    Bought this product due to the amazing reviews on their website. Weeks go by and I still have no product even though they have my money. Then I get something saying sorry my package will be delayed. Then less than 24 hours later they send me something saying my package was delivered and it was not. I immediately reach out to their customer support who assure me I will receive a response in less than 24 hours. Another lie. Then weeks later someone messages me saying my product was delivered. It was not. I have nothing. These people wont give me my money back and to make matters worse they wont stop sending me those stupid emails about their product that I dont have even though *** tried to unsubscribe. Company is a cheat. Dont do it.

    Exact same experience as others. Ordered on March 1st and my packages have been traveling all over the world supposedly. They were in the next town over and then went back to *******? **** has no record of the package and as others mention, the tracking # is not one you can track outside of their website. They don't return messages and won't refund my money. Will need to dispute the charge with my bank now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
