Pattern of Complaints

BBB files contain a pattern of complaints from consumers which allege issues with delivery and customer service. Specifically, consumers allege orders were not received.   Some consumers report receiving tracking numbers that were unable to be verified by USPS. Other consumers allege difficulty contacting the company. 

On April 21, 2025, BBB sent correspondence to My Nuora requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.  As of May 23, 2025, the company has not responded to BBB.

BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.

On April 22, 2025, BBB
completed an investigation into this business.  The investigation determined:

The
website, https://mynuora.com displays a Sunny
Isles Beach, Florida address. The website appears to be managed by a Lienov Solutions
LLC, incorporated in Wyoming.  Lienov
Solution LLC’s Agent is listed as FBRA LLC, also incorporated in Wyoming. No
ownership information for Lienov Solutions LLC was found.  The telephone number listed on the website
did not work when BBB attempted to contact the company. Emails sent to the
website contact email were responded to with what appears to be an
auto-generated response promising a reply within 24 hours.  As of this date, BBB has not received the
promised replies to our inquiries.

are five ways to ensure an online shopping outlet is legit:

Check for The Sign of a Better Business. The BBB Seal is earned by brands that meet BBB’s Standards for Trust and is designed to give users instant assurance they’re dealing with a trusted brand. Look for the seal on the brand’s homepage or social media profile to see if they’re BBB Accredited. You can also double-check by searching for the brand on BBB.org.

Check the seller’s reviews and ratings. These exist on various platforms, but authentic, verified reviews can be accessed from a company’s BBB Profile as well. When reading reviews, look for trends – positive or negative – and take note of how the company responds.

Check for a secure website. Look for the “https://” URL structure in the company’s web address, as well as the padlock symbol in the address bar. These verify you’ve got a secure connection and encryption of your data. More information on website security.

Check for contact information. Whether it’s a street address, an email, or a phone number, contact information is crucial in giving you a way to contact a company.

Create strong passwords. For every online account you use – take the time to create a strong password. And when you’re logging into your accounts, enable two-factor authentication for added security.
