    I run a small bakery and for months I've been trying to figure out why nobody could find me online. Apex Media Solutions did some magic and I'm showing up on the first page of ****** searches for "bakery near me." They said something about keywords and SEO, but all I know is my sales have doubled in the past month.

    If you get an unsolicited call from Apex Media Solutions, do not participate in any questionnaire or listen to their advertising materials; hang up the phone. The company will take money from your credit card on file without signing an agreement for services. Apex Media Solutions has sales agents who are ****** aggressive when they try to close a deal. Their sales agents speak to customers in an unprofessional tone. Do not sign a service agreement or give credit information. So take my advice: do not give any information to this company because they will not provide the services you expect at a reasonable rate.

    Business BEWARE waste of time and money. They charged me monthly for..... Well i don't know exactly what. I had to fix all the listings they created. wrong address, wrong state, even got my ****** account shut down and had to reopen it. Then at the end of our 12-month contract they were nearly impossible to reach my calls and emails were ignored and continued to charge me. When I finally did get in contact with them, they were rude and condescending. According to the contract we signed First payment was ***** with recurring charges for a 12 month period, last payment would be March. Man was it was hard for them to wrap their head around that as "***** to ***** is 12 months!" . Save your money and sanity. This is a No good company

    Wouldn't cancel when contract stated we could cancel anytime. We had to cancel our card. Never produced any results. They started not calling for scheduled appointments. Total ripoff. Got us for about $3000

    Apex Media Solutions promised me the very best in 5 base voice search engines ****, ************* and two others. They set up a zoom meeting, and at they point they pitched an extra service, they wanted money to add my website to about 20 more search engines. I declined to pay extra for the additional search engines. The sales guy was very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. Also, he never once showed his face on Zoom which is very sketchy. He kept raising his voice demanding why I would turn it down, that I wouldn't grow if i wasn't on this extra search engines. I almost had to hang up on him. After declining I am not getting the same traffic I was getting before signing up. They caused my website to be ignore by other platforms that was finding and indexing my website I have been trying to call them for customer support and the woman I spoke with, *******, if that is her real name, Has blocked my phone, it does directly to voicemail without even ringing. Do not fall for their sales and upsale tactics, this is a scam..
