    Do your research before hiring this company! I wasted over five thousand dollars and a year to learn this ******* I still have no idea what services they actually provided and whether they did anything at all on the back end. Not worth the investment and my only hope is that I can at least help someone see the truth here. Apex media solutions /rise out of ******* is a scam

    Dont waste money with this company customer service is not professional takes weeks to answer after you pay they wont refund the money back I cancel couple day after I read the reviews and they wait 2 weeks to call me back in order to charge me

    Apex Media Solutions is a Scam. They started drawing money from my account before anything was set up.This company does not deliver on its promises and should be put out of business.They made two appointments with me a nd nobody was there for the appointments. As for as I am concerned, they need to be stopped.I told the prfson I spoke to that no one called me for the appointment. She apoligised, set up another appointment, and the same thing happened. They wrre not communicating with me yet they were withdrawing money.I would lime a full refund of my money.The other thing is that you cannot get a hold of anyone in this company.

    Lets just say I was stuck in the Stone Age before finding this marketing service. My small accounting practice had an ancient, barely functioning website, and dont even get me started on social mediaI was nowhere to be found. The very first step we took was setting me up for voice search activation, so now people can ask ***** for accounting services near me and bam, I appear in the results. After that, their web design team worked closely with me to highlight my various services, making it super straightforward for clients to request a consultation online. They also emphasized how crucial it is to engage on social media, and they helped create a content calendar so I can post helpful tax tips and remind clients about upcoming deadlines. Their approach to reputation management was another eye-openerI learned how to encourage clients to leave positive feedback on popular review sites and respond politely to any criticisms. The improvement in my lead generation has been substantial, and Im finally seeing the payoff of having a robust online presence.

    This company is a straight up scam. I paid a one time fee of ****** to just get my website into other search engines. I was not interested in another service and I repeated that very clearly after thirty days I chose not to continue. they continued to charge me ***** for the next few months and when i email it says we are escalating this to a supervisor. Never heard from the supervisor. I tried calling their customer service line, that was a joke! Even if I selected want a new account, no one answered. I had my ********** file a dispute for the ***** charges, then out of the blue they charge me ****** on my other CC. I filed another dispute with the ** company and tried calling customer support with no one. Do not give these jokers your CC number because they will put it on automatic charge regardless of what you want or if you cancel. I had to block them entirely from my CC.

    DO NOT waist your money on this company. After getting so many calls from them I finally decided to answer. After spending an hour on the phone with them and trying to figure out if they were a scam or not.Finally decided to pay the $149.99, then the payment of ***** would occur every month. They had set up a zoom call with me, only to find out I would have to pay an additional $499 a month Lol. I am a small business and that is who they target, so do it at your own risk.
