              I accidentally locked myself out of my ScoreCard rewards account three and a half weeks ago. I have attempted to call ************ numerous times and I cannot speak to a human being because, for the last three and a half weeks, they have had "technical difficulties". There is no secondary number. There is no email. I even sent a letter via **** and have not received any response. All I am looking for is to unlock the account and to track the status of an order. Three and a half weeks of no method to contact ScoreCards isn't customer **********************, it is customer neglect. This is an issue that could be resolved with one phone call. If only I could actually reach someone.

              I visited a ** station to buy drinks and was prompted for a 50 cents discount that did not mention anything about ScoreCard Rewards points. I visited the station 4 times and accepted the 50-cent discount on a $4.00 purchase. Next, I notice **** points redeemed on the ScoreCards Rewards account. I talked with my ************ and Score Cards. It seems they both perceived that the discount should have only prompted at the pump, and only been for a gas purchase at 50 cents off per gallon. That is not what happened and there's nothing they can do to help me. So I decided I'm way too stupid to avoid the potential of grifting. I've stopped using that card and as soon as it's paid off I'm moving on from ScoreCard and the ************ that offered it.

              Thank you for this comment. We will refund the ***** points and this has led us to find an issue with the way this store was sending their in-store transactions. We will be working with ** to get this resolved ASAP.
