This company calls my business phone about ***** times a day leaving messages about my business not being available to people who use voice search to find my kind of services. I have tried to get removed from their list but cannot. One *** told me they can remove me if I call ************. That number is invalid. I also asked a *** the name of the company and the main business number and I tried calling that number, ************. That number is also invalid. Another *** told me these calls are automatically triggered each time someone searches for my business and they cannot do anything about it.Customer Answer

On 12/20/25 I was contacted by *** and at the time of the call it sounded great. They did go over everything with me and I did ask about the process of a refund. They did charge my card $169.99 and told me that I would have a call with a specialist that would go over everything with me in the beginning of January. The specialist called me and asked if we could move our appointment but I had asked to cancel and requested a refund. I did not hear anything until I received an invoice two days ago for 01/20/25 for ***** for monthly billing(They did refund the $*****). I sent them an email saying I cancelled in the beginning of January and requested a refund for the $169.99. Which they have denied because I spoke with two people on the day they called me on 12/20/25. I have the email thread of which they denied my refund request.Customer Answer

The business calls me multiple times per day for months unending, and has wasted hours of my time. I block the number and the next day the call comes from another one. I have asked repeatedly for the caller to remove me from whatever list they pull from, they hang up. The caller is cagey when I ask who they work for and sometimes they hang up. I just want them to stop calling me - I am NEVER going to change my mind about buying what they are selling and I have said as much every time I answer. I believe this is harrassment, and I should have the right to opt out of further calls.Initial Complaint

On multiple occasions, including 1/10/2025 at 10:53am EST, received an unwanted call from Voice Search Local, **** (the caller identified the company as a corporation), wanting me to pay them to "register" my company on "voice search activation" platforms. I have received, in total, over the past 6 months, about 20 unwanted calls from this company. I have told them repeatedly that I do not want to be called, and I have registered my number on the national do not call registry. I placed my number of the national do not call registry (*****************) well before receiving calls from this company. The telemarketers are rude, speak over you, refuse to give out their names, and begin to speak to you in a raised voice (essentially yelling).Initial Complaint

Initially contacted by Voice Search Local VSL in Aug of 24 regarding voice search services i.e. registering our name/business on platforms such as ***** and the like. The cost for this was a one time fee of $99 (very low risk). Our company agreed to this as we were kicking off a number of marketing initiatives and thought adding the notation "scan the qr code or simply ask ***** to call (insert company name)" would be an asymmetric marketing approach. This functionality has not happened and clearly will not. Upon agreeing to this initial product they follow up with other services such as managing and updating your online Geo profiles i.e. ****** Maps, ****** Guarantee, Bing, and so on. We agree to this service as we have multi locations creating hurdles registering our company on these various platforms. We are many months in and I am continuously told there efforts will be in vain if my company cannot get ****** Verified. I was confused as this was what I felt like I was paying for. After a couple, not many, calls (no zoom or video chat ever???) I was told they would send me instructions as to how to accomplish this as I told them I do not know how to accomplish this and this is the single greatest reason we're paying you; they never sent the email instructions. There are so many more instances like this but the final straw happened yesterday when I received an auto email from the company reminding me of our upcoming call, not zoom, that would be to sophisticated for them to share a screen and go through analytics in real time describing what has been done, what will be done, and the impacts of these efforts, they did not call or reschedule and this is not the first time this has happened. They have however randomly called not in concert with their auto message/reminders and when you are not available they tell you that you've missed your monthly meeting (if you can call it that) and you will have to wait until the following month. I have been receiving many spam phone calls from this company multiple times a day every day for months now. When I requested to be removed from their calling lists, the person on the other end of the line told me they were not authorized to do that. They continue to use different numbers so blocking a number is not an option. I called and spoke to someone as requested to be removed from their calling lists. They told me it was an automated process that scrapes the internet for business numbers. I am listed on the Do Not Call list and my next step is to report them as they are clearly in violation of the ***** Congress enacted in 1991 the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) which restricts the making of telemarketing calls and the use of automatic telephone dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice messages.*******************************************************Initial Complaint

I PREVIOUSLY WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT ACTING LEGALLY. THEY KNOWINGLY CALL PEOPLE ************* DAY NO MATTER IF THEY HAVE BEEN ASKED TO STOP. This company is refusing to cancel our monthly subscription until our bill is paid. We do not have the money immediately to pay the bill and would like to stop accruing charges in the meantime. Tentatively signed up for their service on 10/23/2024 having been promised a full refund if I decided to not go through with the service.Have reached out to the company multiple times to get this resolved, and continually get the run around from their customer service department.Have not received a refund or any communication on this matter. They are also promising that they are continuing service during all of this, but I know that is a lie because they haven't had access to my ****** listing in over 2 months.This is a complete scam, and I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life.
