  They call our office a minimum of 10 times per day. I have asked multiple times to be removed from the calling list and they simply hang up on me every time. At this point it is boarder line harassment. I have asked for a call back number in which they never provide. If you attempt to call the number they just called from it tells you there is no line allocated to that number.

  Voice search local is a poor business with terrible practices. Not only do they have scummy salesmen that mislead people, they dont do s*** for what they say they are going to do, and fall back on the excuse that were not lead generation when thats what they claim and have plastered all over their website. Not only that but their complete lack of communication was also infuriating, trying to get ahold of them and know what theyre doing was almost impossible and I received more calls about billing then I ever did for services rendered, and now theyre trying to charge me for a month I wont even be using. These people are scummy, wouldnt ever do business with them again, and I hope you guys dont either.

  This is a scam! A joke of a lady got on the phone acting to be associated with ******. They sent a web site stating they will give a full refund if not happy with it. When I saw BBB comments automatically knew it was a scam. We called back same lady answered and gave the phone to her manager who was a joke in him self saying phone call was monitored which obviously it was no because at the beginning of phone call it would say so if it was. The *** told my husband to stop listening to his wife and be a man because I said on the phone they are scamming. The *** on the phone was a joke. This llc should not be able to operate

  Do not give any money to voice search local as they will continue charging your credit card without your knowledge. I paid up front for one year for a service that they never provided. They give you one price and then when you get on the phone with them to set it up they hit you with a price in the thousands of dollars. They are definitely scam artists!

  This company is a complete scam! Im not sure why they are allowed to still be operating. After so many negative reviews. They should be banned. They are taking people hard earned money! The score should be below a zero!

  Receiving 5-10 calls a day is considered harassment. We also receive calls from local numbers and businesses, which prompts us to answer. They never stop calling, ************ is more than a nuisance; they are hindering our business! We have one phone line, and they are constantly calling and refuse to take us off their call list. I stayed on the line to see what they wanted, and they want to charge you $30/month and $199 setup fee, so they want your credit card. They are very vague and will not give their website or any information on their company. It sounds like this is the same company that is calling everyone else.

  I cannot express the frustration I have for this company. They have absolutely crossed the limits of harassment. They need to be prosecuted or shut down. I have been getting multiple calls from them for weeks now. Every single time I tell them to not call again but theyre spoofing numbers and calling back. Its absolutely unacceptable. I will be pursuing legal action if they dont quit it

  They did nothing at all on my account. They never even acquired access to it.They repeatedly try to bill my credit cars and I continually dispute the charges and win. They are a complete scam outfit

  We too were BOMBARDED with calls from this company, then one day I finally got to actually speak with someone. When he explained to me that they were, (in some way also affiliated with ****** searches) which was not a bad idea, I listened to him, (allowed him to reel me in) and agreed that if I could cancel this at any time we would try it. I was assured that I could, I gave him our cc information, and from that day forward the automated calls not only continued, but have gotten even worse, and there is no way for me to block these calls from our business phone. It is absolutely awful! After about the 50th time of trying to talk to a person, I finally got someone, they continued to try to sell me their services, even after I explained that we already had them but cancelled our services with them, AND I was assured they were cancelled when I called over a month ago, but I want taken off of their call list because we are receiving them multiple times a day, every day and it is way beyond harassment at this point. Then they hung up on me. My credit card is still getting charged monthly, I cannot get through to anyone on the phone and they will not return emails.

  I have asked this company to take me off of their call list more than 10 times and yes they keep calling. I asked the woman why do you persistently call me when I've asked you not to and have asked to be put on your do not call list. She responded, we don't have a do not call list. I need help getting these people to stop calling me.
