    Hello, I just want to share my bad experience with Search Local. They charge me every month and do nothing. They say they will help more customers come to my business, but it's a scam.

    I paid to this company $3500 for the services of SEO (Search Engine optimization). This was paid for at the end of February 2025. The service was to guarantee I get more traffic, hits and business. to date I have yet to get one business or person contacting for my services. Thier delivery of service for monthly updates is poor. I am not getting anything new from them showing how improvements are working. Now, I will take my lumps if I am to blame for not providing the information they need or my business and product for the area not a good match. I am seeking full or partial refund from Voice Search Solution for services not meeting agreed expectations.

    To Whom It May Concern,Im writing to file a complaint against a company called Voice Search or a similar entity that continues to harass my business line with unsolicited calls. We receive 510 robocalls from them every single day, severely disrupting our ability to answer legitimate customer calls.This has gone beyond simple telemarketingits harassment. These repeated interruptions are hurting our business operations and wasting valuable time.     Fraudulent/duplicate charges 6/14/2025 then again 6/15/2025 on my business AMEX card. I have reported this to ****. All of the reviews posted are accurate, harassment, deception on potential services provided, deception on costs for potential services and deception on return for investing in their services.

    Yesterday after speaking with Voice Search Local ( had already spoken with **** in regards to the unauthorized 2nd payment ) I received an email from VSL that the unauthorized 2nd payment would be refunded..Presently the $299 credit is pending.

    Under the business agreement and description of duties in the contract they specifically state that they will meet monthly with me in regards to the progress of marketing. They have not. Twice now they have double booked me for appointments and put me off by a whole month. Additionally, whenever I log into my dashboard I cant see any progress due to glitches in the system. All of these calls are recorded but they refuse to look at the recorded conversations. Im not looking for a refund. But I want a termination of contract as well as no further contact from this business.

    They called me every day. I will always hang up. Then they left me this message ****** press one to verify your business Press two if you wish to have your business not displayed on ****** voice searches or call ************ to opt out Since I wanted my business to be displayed on ****** voice Search, I called them back. Plus I thought they were ******. Anyway I called the number and ask why I was receiving all these calls. They said, I am receiving all these calls because customers are trying to find my services but they cant find me because I am incorrectly listed on ******. Fast forward, they quoted my business in order to list me. They made me think my business had an issue on ****** voice Search and I had to pay them to register my business on 5 voice Search platforms. After the payment, they scheduled an appointment days later with a technician. During the appointment, the technician showed me some bunch of statistiques regarding my business. In fact, he asked what marketing strategy I have and asked enjoying details because according to him my business still doesnt stand out compared to my competitors. Again they will help me stand out if I pay more. That moment, it all came to me that they are scamming me. I quickly ****** and find out that it is free to register my business on these voice platforms. I then asked them if they were ******. They replied that they were not ****** and that they never told me so. I got really frustrated that I got misled; and I said I do not want the service anymore. That was a Friday and since he said that my registration was going to show by Wednesday anyway. Nothing was done yet. Therefore, I wanted them to cancel everything and refund me. He then became rude and said that they already registered me, so they wont refund me. I called the initial number and they still refused to take me out of the program and refund *** am still fighting with my bank to get my money. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM LIKE I DID. ITS A SCAM!!!

    Voice search has been calling my private number about want to sell me the service they provide. I dont need or want it. They are calling from local numbers including other businesses. 1 was from national grid. They are calling from numbers that are cloned from others or numbers that dont exist to anyone. I have asked them multiple times to take me off call list which they keep asking for my business name. Which I dont tell them. They say they cant take me off list. How do I make this stop. I have asked, screamed, pleaded! Im getting approximately 5-10 calls a day.

    They call me multiple times a day from different numbers. I asked multiple times to be put on do not call list and they say they don't have one. This is illegal!!!

    I get numerous calls a week always from a different phone number. The people who take the calls constantly use vulgarity and insults when explaining you don't want their ********** is constant harassment and they have even laughed saying they wont take me off the list because they get paid no matter what.

    Voice Search calls our business phone number no less than 3 times a day. This is a Hospice phone line that needs to be open for emergency calls from patients. We have asked multiple times to be removed from the call list, we have stated they do not have permission to call this number and stated do not ever call this number again.
