I was tripple charged and did not have my items delivered to the correct location things are missing and almost all glass is broken. I want a refund. They were hired so I didnt have to drive a truck. They refused to deliver to any other **************** said no matter what address I gave he wont deliver it. Denied my drop off date after they picked my stuff up and it would be delivered Saturday at written address: day came it was more lies and refusing to drop my things to any location I gave. Move to go as a broker hired criminals who refused to drop my things unless I gave another 2300 which I refused and the continued not to respond with a place or time to drop my stuff off. Every thing about moving nightmares they did one after the other.Business Response

Customer refused to sign the bill of lading excepting the shipment and paying the full balance and signing the contract. Move With A Pro was the company that rendered the services and the claim should be processed through Them. Their phone number is ************.

As far as it is concerned with We Move 4 You they have conducted all services that were requested to be picked up and delivered, and have orchestrated the services to be rendered through a third-party, which is Move With A Pro. Earlier this year my family moved around 500 miles from one state to another. We called American van lines to schedule the move. Firstly they under priced us knowing we had moved two years prior...a greater distance ...with ***** pounds of items and that we probably had acquired more! Still we expected an increase when they came to pickup...not an issue. However they changed the move date to one day later the price went up..again no problem There were two people for white glove service on a 2700 square foot 2 story house. They were late to begin with and were supposed to finish in the day.Along came two more people to pack...they were seen throwing boxes down the stairs! They proceeded to pack the truck to the fullest capacity during which time 2 more packers arrived to replace the first ones Next issue..they say they will come back early tomorrow with the bigger truck...l tell them we have to leave by noon..3 pm at the latest...they arrive at 11am along with the same size truck They tell us they repacked the first load into the 18 ******* but couldn't get that into the drive...lies ... only 2 years almost to the day Mayflower delivered the ***** pound of items in an 18 ******* to the exact same address!! So now they are packing and stacking in the truck... several different sets of 2 packers come and go but at pm they say the truck is completely packed and they can get no more in...still have a lot of items left to be ******** this point I enlist a friend with a trailer to come by and pick up the remaining items and store them for me until I can drive back and pick them up!Now they are supposed to deliver the items to the new address the Two trucks arrived and when they opened them one was still completely full but the second one was missing a third of the contents. Boxes were damaged and things broken others missing They offered 60c per pound weight I don't believe they weighed the trucks we were offered less than$100! And paid in 60 days! Clearly this individual utilizing another company names ******************. This company has no affiliation nor does business with our company "We Move 4 You".
We shall ask the Better Business Bureau to please remove this against 'WE MOVE 4 YOU.

The business agreed to provide moving brokerage services that were never provided. The night before I was supposed to move, I was called and told they made an error with their estimation software and I went from having to pay $2800 to $6400 (which I could not afford). They told me they would not allow me to move unless I paid an increase deposit, and refused to return what I had already paid citing a 72 hour window had passed (there was no way for me to cancel, as I was called the night before). The business is a scam at one point they were DBA as Brite Star Moving/Bright Star Moving. They change every so often.Business Response

I am writing to file a complaint against *************** regarding their failure to deliver my belongings within the timeframe specified in our contract. In or about May 2024, I contracted with the business to move my belongings from ***********, ** to *******, **. The agreed-upon delivery timeframe was within 30 business days of pick-up which would have been September 11, 2024. Despite this agreement, my belongings have still not been delivered as of October 19, 2024. Repeated attempts to contact the moving company have been unsuccessful. My phone calls go unanswered and when they respond to my texts, it's basically just that they don't have a delivery date yet. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I request that the Better Business Bureau intervene on my behalf to resolve this issue. As a form of mitigation, I propose that We Move 4 ***** be required to: 1. **Deliver my belongings within the next ten business days.** 2. **Provide a 50% refund of the total moving cost.** This breach of contract has caused me significant inconvenience and stress. I hope that the Better Business Bureau can help me obtain a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this urgent complaint.Business Response

This person signed a contract with a broker then had services rendered by another carrier then was out sourced to our company. Since we (We Move 4 You) received the contract we have delivered the customer successfully. Far as any discounts the customer would have to contact the broker or the other carrier that 1st rendered the services.Initial Complaint

Failure to deliver our 2nd truck of our home goods within the 30 business days on contract. 30 business days would have been 7/27. the dispatcher *******************, told us. We have been living since 6/20 without furniture and beds!! **** has told us our things are in a warehouse? He claims he doesnt know where our things are OR when it will be delivered!!! How can that be??? Our things could be damaged in the ** heat! This is ridiculous and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We have asked for ***** supervisor or the owners number nothing! I was quoted for $2742.40 for 710 cu ft, that was the contract for, then at the end after they loaded the truck with less furniture they said I had an extra ******************************************************************** the truck I hauled it with a trailer with my personal truck, and they are charging me an extra $1500.00 which it's not right when they took less furniture that was quoted for, also I've been charged twice on the same trip for fuel surcharges, I have the original contract but they told me that if I don't pay I won't get my furniture delivered, I need your help and investigate this company for accuracy, thank you. I feel that I'm being scammed.
