  This Company is a Scam !!!!! Do Not Use them !!!! We were overcharged drastically and have damage to both locations. I have been charged over 2000 dollars for a less than 10 mile move. The Company stated their guys knew how to move a Sleep Number bed which was a lie. **************** is not responding as promised. We ended up moving items ourselves due to the over 24 hour delay because of a truck breakdown and was told we would have a credit but cannot get ahold of anyone. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hope others will follow suit. This company is the worst !!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL NEVER GET OUT OF IT THE MONEY THEYVE STOLEN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FURNITURE AND HOME!!!! I gave one star because it requires it but wouldnt have given any.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you are thinking of hiring – We Move 4 You – DON’T! Save yourself thousands of dollars, hours of headaches and many rude, demeaning and ugly conversations. The front person of We Move 4 You – **** ***** – at first appears understanding and kind but once he has your money and/or household items, he will rise the price, threaten you with storage fees and keep use his big frame and loud voice to demean and bully you. Even with federal agents involved in our case, **** ***** kept trying to add illegal fees and threatening to keep our items hostage. If you are unfortunately already working with, We Move 4 You and **** ***** and he is withholding your household items and won’t complete the signed contract unless you pay more money, you need to involve the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration because that action is illegal. Go to this website: ******************************************* and file a complaint and mark that it is a “hostage load”. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!   ****. Avoid at all costs!! NOT a family company. They contract their work out and hold furniture hostage. Worst experience of my life. Quoted $2000. The the day they were coming it was $4300. They showed up 2 days and 5 hours late and then once they trashed my house I couldnt reach one person about stop off. Literally no one could tell me anything. Supposed to drop off sat then Mon then tues (after I had to fly back home) this was an out of state move. Then the three Russian kids delivering told my dad they wouldnt give him the furniture u til he paid them $4000 MORE IN CASH!!! Had to have a neighbor record everything because my dad doesnt use a smart phone while we had to worry about him with them. It was a complete fiasco! Avoid at all costs!

  Avoid ******************* at All Costs I had the absolute worst experience with this moving company. I was scheduled to move from ****** to ************ on December 23rd, with everything planned and booked well in advance. The company agreed to pick up my belongings from the loading dock between 9 AM and 1 PM, but from start to finish, it was a nightmare.First, they couldnt even provide a proper Certificate of Insurance. I had to repeatedly follow up with them because the documents they sent were either blurry, missing a signature, or had the wrong name. Every time I reached out to their customer service about these issues, they were rude and dismissive, as if I was the problem for expecting them to do their job properly.Then, at 8 PM on December 22ndless than 12 hours before my movetheir dispatch team called to inform me their truck needed maintenance and wouldnt arrive on time. There was no apology, no sense of accountability. Instead, they spoke to me as though they were doing me a favor by even calling. The mover assigned to me had the audacity to say, Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong. Thats how life goes, maam. Seriously?Despite this, they still assured me theyd be there by the end of the agreed time frame. But by 12 PM the next day, when I called to check, their truck hadnt even left **********. It was going to take four more hours just to get to ******. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel the ********** top it all off, the customer service **** ***** *****, promised me a refund for my deposit. Surprise, surpriseit never happened. Ive been chasing them for weeks, but theyve completely ghosted me.This company is a scam. Theyll promise you the world during the sales process but fail miserably when it matters. If youre still considering using them, make sure to get everything in writing before you hand over a single *****. Better yet, save yourself the stress and find a company thats actually professional.

  This company was ****************** in August 2024 and now they have changed their name. They are also associated with MacElite Transport. They are the worst people to do business with. They failed on every promise that was made to us. I advise you, 'DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANY NAMES, *********** moving, OR MAC ELITE TRANSPORT. WE ARE STILL MISSING ITEMS, They take no responsibility for their mistakes - THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. They are scammers, when they come to pick up your merchandise, they find ways to add more money to their pockets and do not record it. We were very dissatisfied with their services. Verify all them with the BBB. They ruin the reputation with one company name and then change it to make it seem as if they are a new company. You do better to move yourself than to use this company or any of its many new names.

  A bit skeptical at first like anyone else would be. The cost was a more than most of the other quotes I received still within my budget. This is industry can be scary when you do not know you are using a company that really does the moves compared to one that does not.**** showed me the how to ensure I went with the correct company by not only looking at the reviews, but mainly looking at the license information via the ***. I had no idea there were so many "broker" companies out there since they all claimed they were not. The only company who actually wasn't, was We Move 4 You. Not only did their truck/movers show up on time with all the correct material they needed for my fragile items. They also handled my furniture as if it was their own. I had less, so I paid less. Just like stated from the beginning.I could go on about how they arrived a day earlier than expected or how all my goods were in the same condition they were before they left, but anyone who chooses them will agree for sure!Thanks ****, ****** and my team on the truck! Finally, thank you WE MOVE 4 YOU!
