I sold an item on playerup.com And the selling part went pretty good After the company transferred my eaen to the Mm balance, when I tried to withdraw it suddenly went back to 0, and I got no money in my PayPal yet, they are ignoring me even after I've sent to them an invoice as they requested, it's been three months or more. PlayerUp received a deposit of around $200-$250 from me and refused to allow me to withdraw it. I waited months and months, contacting them on their site, on their live chat, on their telegram, all to no response. After filling out a review on a site, they suddenly asked me for my playerup username and asked me to remove the review in order to proceed with sending me my balance. After I eventually removed the review, they banned my account and proceeded to ghost me on all platforms, preventing me from being able to access my account or contact them in their site. It also prevents me from accessing my old evidence of deposit information through their site and hides my past conversations with them.Initial Complaint

I am not happy with this website at all. Over 30 days and payment never sent to my **** *** for a completed $380 order + they skimmed nearly $50 off the sale. For what? No explanation. Over a month & multiple attempts to get a human to communicate with me as to why payment hasn't been received for the completed order. All of my previous communications have gone unanswered. There is no customer service phone number.
I have followed every step in every instruction written on the website to cash out. They did manage to send $330.60 from the $380 sale to the site wallet balance, but even that was never sent to my **** *** or ****** for over 19 days.
I've reach out to their general support & "middleman" multiple times, emailed their ******************* posted on their Steam group, their ******** doesn't accept messages. No replies. Their support lacks any kind of quality.
This much time and effort should never have needed to be spent for something so simple.
Please learn from my experience: if it's a brand new website or app you've never used before, but want to use it for whatever, don't just use it. Do a search on the site, find reviews for it...on BBB preferably, Reddit, search ******* about it, whatever you need to do & find out if other people have had bad experiences before you do like I have just recently with this one.Initial Complaint

On May 28th 2023 I sold a mobile game account on the website playerup.com for the amount of $150.00, user name ********. The transaction was considered complete by an intermediary called middleman on June 2nd 2023 who ensured the payment would be in my bank account in 1-96 hours. A total of $19.50 was taken from the $150.00 for an unknown fee, owing me $130.50. Username Ktehn is the buyer and received the account sold.
As of this writing I have yet to receive my payment for a good that was exchanged. I have reached out multiple times to see what the issue was with no response. All I am asking for is my payment. Because of the lack of respect and professionalism I am asking for the total $150 to be deposited into my account.Initial Complaint

I used a website called playerup.com to sell an account I no longer used, using a service they called MiddleMan they provide a third party to ensure the payment gets to me and the account goes to the buyer. Everything went smoothly until I tried to request payment. They added my payment to on site credit after two weeks which was not what I requested so I complained to them to no response. I then requested to withdraw those funds and waited while trying every possible outlet to try and contact the company. They didn’t respond so I wrote a review of the website to warn others that this site was not a reputable site and customer service was none existant. This triggered a response from playerup which stated they would not process cash outs while there was “an ongoing issue” which was the only response I had received from the company and they cancelled my payout. I tried to contact them after this message and they yet again ignored any communication. I reopened a request for cash out and yet again the refused and closed the payout. I have screenshots of all communication. They still refuse cash outs and owe me over $1800.Initial Complaint

Dear BBB, this company *************" is running a massive scam right now to defrau d as many people as they can. I have been lied to blatantly and deeply regret sending them anything. I cancelled my order shortly after and they are lying by claiming how playerup NEVER captured the funds even though they "voided" it several months after I made the order, as I called and contacted my card company they told me on their end it's showing as completed and they wouldn't lie to me. PlayerUp middleman service did not pay me for my sold account. my withdrawal process was supposed to be 1-96 hours from Oct 3, 2022. It's December 21, 2022 at the time of writing this letter. There is no way to contact any person from the website only automated replies I hope that you would look into this since PlayerUp business is located in the United states. My account name on the website is : *********. Also upon searching online I'm not the only in this situation, And I want to avoid any future people getting scammed by their fraudulent acts. I wish to get paid but most importantly if they are legitimately scamming people for their money , They get close down for good. I'm not from the U.S. but please look into this business. Back in 2019 I signed up on playerup.com to purchase a game account. In order to do so I had to deposit money into my account which turns into credits. I was successfully able to complete the transaction and received the account. What I had remaining in my account I wanted to cashout so I put in a cashout request and their bot replied with automated response. After a few days gone by I received no word so I posted on their forum and submitted a ticket and their response was generic nothing helpful. Upon searching in their forums there were many people who've had issues with cashing out. Couple months later no word and the first ticket was closed with no resolution. I submitted another cashout request and the same automated response replied. Waited and still no word. Submitted another ticket and still no response. I got fed up and left it alone. 3 years later I went back to try again. Submitted another cashout and this time no automated response.
