I was sold my online gaming account on 05/21/2025 and seller (me) and buyer was confirm transaction after trade was over. And then they are sending notification you will receive your balance in ***** hours. But they are not verified my account over 30 days and after i contact with Telegram support chat @PlayerUpcom and they verified my account and deposit my money as a balance on my website account. At the same day i was created cash out request on 07/04/2025 and they send me auto message as estimate 1-96 hours will be take to deposit. After ***************************************************************************************************************** 07/15/2025 about confirm my bank name and i provide all informations. At 07/18/2025 they were requested change my payment method and couple hours later they told me i can keep same payment method and after that they never contact with me or answer my messages again. Also in the Telegram support chat when i told them i will report and sue them they are start to treating me. They just told me need a patience for get my money after 65 days.Initial Complaint

Playerup.com falsely charged me $257.00 for an account and provided me $250.00 worth of credits on their site instead of returning the money to my account. Date of Transaction: 2/1/24 and 3/5/24 Business Name: PlayerUp (platform that provides ***************** to buy or sell online game accounts).Amount of money due: $200.10 Nature of dispute: I sold two items through this platform on February and March. The buyer paid PlayerUp, and after deducting their commission, PlayerUp never paid me my portion.PlayerUp never tried to resolve the issue. They came up with many excuses on why I havent gotten my money. Their first excuse was they never got my PayPal invoice, second excuse was they have open issues so they cant process my payment. I've asked them several times what were the open issues, wanting to resolve them quickly, but they never responded.I think they are scammers. At first, they told to send a PayPal invoice to ******************************** by clicking on ***********************************. Red flag! Send it to a gmail account and not an email associated with PlayerUp? And the link they provided is not a PayPal link. I created my invoice by logging into PayPal directly and sent it twice a few months apart, but they claim they never got it. I then send them a screenshot of the invoice, and what do you know, they finally acknowledged that they received my invoice. After this, they still delayed my payment due to open issues which I truly believe is a lie because they won't disclose the details of the issues.Initial Complaint

I went through the middleman on player up in order to securely sell my game account. Upon trying to cash out the balance shows as unavailable yet I never got an email. I have tried many times over the last 3 months to ask for help and am being completely ignored. I have to believe that middleman is a scam. I feel completely ripped off. I contacted a seller on this seemingly legit website, I paid him and he promptly blocked me before delivering any kind of service. I have tried contacting customer service to no avail. If I cannot get my money back, which I doubt I even will, I would like for this website to at least get shut down for even allowing scammers like this to exist. Middleman Order - Transaction ID: ********** Sold an account on ****************** on 2nd November 2023, this was the day the account was transfered to the buyer and he made his payment to Playerup.com After this transfer i immediately applied for payout to my paypal, i had to send them a copy of my passport and driver's license so i did.But they never paid the amount of $900 to my paypal, the payment is still 'in process' and they never reply to any of my messages or the buyer's messages.Again i have made a ticket 2 days ago but still no answer or payment.It's been months and it seems to me they are scamming more and more unaware folks around the internet, there are alot of advertisements on their site for selling gaming accounts.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 1/18/24 1/20/24 Amount of money owed to me from business: $3132 Nature of dispute: Playerup provides a middle man service for selling online gaming accounts. My account was sold and the transaction was completed to the sellers satisfaction. When it was time for Playerup to wire the funds to me that were owed, they completely stopped responding to any messages I sent. They use various platforms for communication, but the ones I used extensively were their website (Playerup.com) and the app Telegram. Telegram allows you to see when the recipient has viewed messages, and they looked numerous times throughout the day for several days. After realizing that they may not follow through with payment, I started to look for customer experience stories and they all were the same. Either the buyer sent money and their transaction fell through and they were never reimbursed, or the seller sells an account and then is never paid what is owed. If negative reviews are posted, they threaten to not issue money until posts are removed, and yet payment is never processed.Business has NOT tried to resolve problem. After I stated that I would begin to leave negative reviews and report to various agencies, they immediately responded that they were running behind, but that my payment would be issued soon. Because it was a bank account transfer, I let them know that I would wait a week to receive payment before submitting a complaint. They haven't responded since and it has been 2 weeks. This is their standard procedure. Promise payment, but never actually pay it out. I have lost an account that I spent 5 years building and have received $0 for the transaction, whereas Playerup received over $3800 from the buyer. On January 20th they said payment was pending and that I would receive it in 24 -144 hours. Last pending entry was triggered by me when I clicked receive payment but didn't change anything.
