    PlayerUp Withholding Payment After Delivery Confirmation Suspected Fraudulent Practices Review:I completed the transfer of a ******* account to the buyer on July 25, 2025 (Transaction ID: *************** using **************************** Both parties confirmed the delivery, and the order was marked as Confirms Delivery.Following this, I submitted multiple support requests and updated the status to Need Payment Update and Need MM Assistance, but received no response from PlayerUp. It was only after I posted a public review that a PlayerUp Middleman replied vaguely, stating that the payment was being processed. Shortly after, the order status was changed to Completed yet I still have not received the promised payment.On August 7, I received an email from PlayerUp stating:Payment Amount Due Successfully Added To Your Middleman Balance Wallet.However, immediately after that, I was no longer able to access the PlayerUp website (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS), and to this day, I cannot view my balance or withdraw the funds.Meanwhile, the buyer retains full access to the account and may still have the ability to request a refund. This highlights an extremely unfair and risky system for sellers.This experience has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. Ive also discovered that many other users have publicly reported similar issues with PlayerUp. It appears that the platform fakes payment confirmations in order to scam sellers.I sincerely hope the Better Business Bureau (BBB) will thoroughly investigate PlayerUps practices to ensure the safety and protection of all users.

    Middle man never responded. Scammed 60$ off of me and i lost my account, i created multiple conversations with no reply, the *** said the money was send and was collected from cash app, so i was waiting for the middleman to respond and he never did and then i ended up getting scammed and losing my ********** NOT USE ITS A SCAM NO BODY WILL REPLY I REGRET WHAT IVE LOST.

    I have sold my player account through ********. It has been over a month and they have not paid me and they have not responded to any of my messages either to PlayerUp or Middleman. It is such a scam. I may just contact they gaming company and tell them what happened and the can take the account from the buyer and the buyer can contact his charge card company and get his money back.

    I sold a ************ account on 02/11/2025 and successfully delivered the account to the buyer. Playerup did not even credit my account with the money until 03/13/2025, a month later. Fine, at least I got the balance, right? Well, I initiated a balance cash out to ****** on that same day, and it's been over a month and I still have not received my money or any updates about my payment. They keep blocking my attempts to post on their reddit help group, and they haven't responded to any of my tickets asking where my money is.I'd recommend staying away. But I will update this review if they ever pay me appropriately.

    Good service overall. I was going to leave a bad review initially but they manage to resolve all my issues. This company does take sometime to finish your orders but they will eventually resolve your issues and you'll get paid for your transactions

    Warning ! Stay away! This website claims to facilitate account purchases and sales between 2 people. They provide the platform with rules and steps to do so. They use a middleman (whom they literally call "Middleman") to hold the money until all steps of the transaction are complete.The process is generally straightforward: buyer sees a listing on PlayerUp and provides money to Middleman -- it includes the sale price plus a fee to PlayerUp. Seller then provides login credentials to buyer. Once buyer confirms they have control of the account, ********* is supposed to pay the seller the money they are holding in escrow (minus their cut, of course).I was the seller of an account. Went through all the steps, but Middleman has yet to pay me. It has been several months.Communication is slow -- about 7-10 days each time I hear from them, each time requesting another piece of information to slow roll the process. After a few months, it has now been a few weeks since I heard from them. They still have my money.I am happy to edit/remove this listing once I am paid the full amount. However, until then, I can only suggest that you NOT use this website.

    No help or support, the middleman service is false assurance. And your ID they require for as little as a $1 order will get stolen.

    I placed an order and it was cancelled by the seller and the middleman service requested that I confirm the cancellation. I have confirmed and have been patiently waiting for 3 days now for any kind of response regarding the next steps. The site has my money, and I have sent multiple messages requesting a refund to be sent back to my original payment method. The site offers multiple ways to get in contact with their support staff, and I have tried all of them with no response. I would like my money back and some type of acknowledgment.
