Date of transaction: March 9, 2023 Order: #******* Order amount: $1,603.93 This business provided me with a below average used Apple MacBook Pro 14-inch 2021 16GB 512GB SSD (Refurbished). First and foremost, it took over two weeks to even get a return started, when they first gave me a return label, it was a **** label marked for 1 ounce as the shipment weight. When I went to the post office, they would not accept the shipment due to the incorrect weight. Two weeks later, they provided me another return label with tracking number: 1Z3F84A40390246355. They wrote in email that the return tracking number was noted in their records as reference and stated that a refund would be issue within 3-5 business days upon delivery. The returned item has been delivered since April 20, 2023 (over a month at this point). I have contacted this business through email every week since the item was delivered and all I get is an automated response saying they will get back to me in ***** hours. I am requesting your assistance to get the refund I am owed by this company Dailysale.com They have the product and my money but will not reply. On 4/21 I ordered a Dyson refurbished vacuum on order#*******. The item was literally junk as you can see from the photos. It NEVER worked. I immediately reached out to customer service, which is a chat bot. They assured me I would receive a refund in the amount of $322, which does not include the scam postage amount they charge. I purchased a Black iPhone Xr from DailySale on March 11th, 2023 purchase totaling $247.32. They claim it was delivered on March 17th, 2023. The carrier **** has denied delivery and deemed it lost. It is now May 2nd, 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund. I never received my order and no longer want it I just want my refund at this point. If the BBb cannot resolve and get the business to issue a refund to my original payment method I will have to involve my legal team. This business doesn't even have a working phone number, the customer service is via email and they take forever to respond, the customer service rating is a -10 it's so suckish... they do not care about their customers... I have had a problem with this order #******* since i first ordered. Their warehouse marked 2 items shipped in one box but only sent one item. It was not until i contacted support and displayed proof would they rectify the situation. Luckily, they provided a packing slip that proved my case. So now with 1/2 items, I decided I don't trust used/refurbished electronics from this seller. I returned it with the prepaid **** label **********************. They received it March 28th. After contacting support on April 3rd. they told me to wait ***** hours. This cycle of being told to wait ***** hours has occurred ever since then. it is now 4/20/2023 an entire month after they received my return. Now they are making up the excuse that the label is tampered with and implying the box is empty. That is not the case and they've only suggested it after pestering them and providing proof it's been delivered and even the affixed label and packaging in my possession prior to shipment. So now, i am out an expensive product and my money because they can't get it together with their warehouse/fulfillment team and they are placing the burden of proof on myself while making it entirely difficult to get in touch with someone to rectify the situation. They provided me a prepaid shipping label and I dropped it off at ***** For some reason or another, the return was returned back to me saying the address on the label was incorrect. This was the first problem and it took about 2 weeks to finally get back to me. So i reached out and they told me to use the same label again to send it to them which made no sense to me. After a week of not hearing anything, i reach out and they say they still haven't received it, so i call the post office and open a postal inspector case and the post office confirms it was delivered to them. I let daily sale know and as soon as i had opened the case they told me they had received my return. Coincidence right? They told they had received the return and that it would take 48 hours to process. Here we are two weeks later and they still have not refunded me. This business is accusing me of tampering with my return shipping label. first id like to know how this is even done... the tracking label is the one they provided and my return was delivered back to them according to tracking. They are refusing to give me back my money. i purchased two ipads for my twins on dec 30, 2022 apple ipad air 2 wifi (refurbished) gold64G and apple ipad air 2 wifi (refurbished) gray 64g. Upon gifting them to my kids and setting them up, neither of the ipads work. neither holds a charge for more then 5-10minutes and then it dies, no matter if we charge it over night or not. it dies right away. one of them the volime ****** does not work at all. the company sold defunct merchandise, but I am out of the 30 days and now can not return it, each ipad was 149, so $298. They will not even send me new ones to exchange. i am extremely disappointed and the company did nothing to help aside from say sorry you are out of luck. They sold product that does not work. i have now read many reviews with people saying the same and i hope that no one has such a bad experience with this scam company again. I just want a product that works. I would love an exchange for ipads that work, or refund because I do not want this company to get any more money selling defunct products.
