The merchandise can be far more mediocre than it appears on their website, in my case one of the items was totally defective. The merchandise arrives from overseas much later than expected. Their consumer protection policy as written on their website has nothing to do with reality. Don't ever expect a response when you use their online contact form. When I filed for a refund through PayPal for a defective item they finally agreed to refund my money but only if I returned the item at my expanse. In short, I lost money and got nothing, they sent me a defective item and lost nothing.

Great service ships fast and all my purchases all work great. Except I purchased an HP laptop on Christmas eve as a gift for my son it was defective out of box won't hold charge and big wavy lines on screen and I reached out to seller 5 times no response now I have a defective laptop and cannot return it, because response to my emails which sucks . I purchased 2 more laptops on Feb 5th even though i got screwed on the HP I really hope the work. Anyone reading my review please don't let my experience keep you from purchasing any products I have always been satisfied with products purchased except this one time. I'm still giving them 5 stars for my previous purchases other wise I would have given them 1 star

On Dec 20th 2023 i purchased a tablet,,,5 minutes after the purchase i decided it was not what i wanted. So they dont have a phone number so i used the chat box and the email they provided but no reply late the next day i seen where they sent it anyhow. So i still sent a emai again about 5 of them,, no reply. I got the item from *** i opened it and it doesnt work looks to be damaged. Iemailed they again also thru the chat box with again no reply i tried for 7 days with no reply. This is the poorest customer service ive seen i would say there is probably only one person working there and he doesnt care thats how it seems anyhow. So i went to fill out the return form when i started to fill it out it said ill only get 50 dollars back out of my 83 spent. i really think these people are scammers like i said they sent me the item broken then they want to keep 33 dollars out of the 83 for me to return, Also it saids i need a shipping label from them LOL how do i do that when they wont answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never buy from them again and advise others not to there are other merchants that are more reliable. Also sent a complaint to ic3 internet fraud.

The jewelry O order is very good quality. The return policy is good as well.

Apple AirPods came full of earwax this company is not reputable, I will never order anything from here again.
