            So i bought headphones and when i got them it wasnt what i thought it would be as it was wired but in the description it said wireless, and i was returning it and clicked card but now i cant spend it on anything but the site and i dont want to buy anything from the site. *** even sent a complaint to them, they didnt even give a option.

            The merchandise can be far more mediocre than it appears on their website, in my case one of the items was totally defective. The merchandise arrives from overseas much later than expected. Their consumer protection policy as written on their website has nothing to do with reality. Don't ever expect a response when you use their online contact form. When I filed for a refund through PayPal for a defective item they finally agreed to refund my money but only if I returned the item at my expanse. In short, I lost money and got nothing, they sent me a defective item and lost nothing.
